Very rude people working here. The dark Indians are really rude here. Got a chicken burrito can’t even taste the chicken. The chicken looks like it’s been beat up many times, chicken is shredded to the point it’s like powder chicken. If the chicken was bigger chunks then different situation otherwise shiittte burrito. Sorry not sorry Take your money elsewhere and be happy.Forgot to mention, got the sour cream sauce on my burrito wayyy too watery. It’s not even sour cream anymore.. lost the taste just pure water sour cream.. god bless you
Used to love Burrito Boyz, but seems the quality has gone down over the years, or maybe it depends on the location. I've found the Brampton location near Queen & Kennedy (not sure if it's still there) to be the best. Always seems like a good idea and look forward to grabbing a burrito from this chain, but have been left disappointed and unsatisfied the last few times. Flavours seem one note, no spice on the meat and no thought to how the toppings/filling are put into the burrito- lettuce limp and all clumped to one side, hot sauce only on one end of the burrito- gotta think about every bite, my friend! Probably won't be back. :(
I've had Burrito Boyz a couple of times before, but my kids have always picked up the order. Went in with an order for the family. We had 4 burritos, small and large and a naked burrito. I had gone on the BB website prior, to see their toppings. I made out a list for everyone's order. I read my list out to the girl at the cash and was impressed how she kept up with me while keying in the toppings. Within 15 minutes our order was ready. All of our items were prepared according to our order and all were plentiful and delicious. Would definitely go there again.

I can clearly see and point to it.BB (At register): It's because of Covid.Me: Bar Burrito & Mucho Burrito close to here (Hespeler) does not do that. They allow me to look at the ingredients and choose.Burrito Boyz!I took my burrito loving money elsewhere. The food portions are good and tasty. The service isn't the best. The guys there are working for the online picks up only. So if you go there you've to wait a lot in the line for your order.
Order a large burrito and keep getting small size. You can tell by the size of the burrito on the bag. I am unsatisfied with how they prepare it at this location.
For $12.05 this should have been a way way better burrito.Ordered the chicken & beef burrito tonight and it wasn't that great.The chicken and beef we're both tough, over cooked and not juicy and tender.The toppings I asked for weren't correct and hardly any we're added.I can make a better burrito at home so I doubt I will be returning here.A lil disappointed because I heard good things about this place.
Always love Burrito Boyz. Waited outside and got a text when it was ready for pick up. Tastes amazing and such a good price. Regular size burrito is huge!
They make a mighty fine buritto bowl, classic Buritto Boyz, just delectable and made consistently. I could eat here every day and not get tired of it.
worst experience i’ve had. i had a pregnancy craving and i went in to order and i started reciting my toppings for my burrito and the woman started interrupting me offering toppings i hadn’t mentioned. i asked her to let me finish so she could know what i wanted but she proceeded to interrupt me. fast forward to when i get my food, it’s filled with onions which has been making me sick since the pregnancy began and i went to talk to someone who proceeded to tell me it was my own fault when i explicitly asked for no onions that there was confusion. not to mention like 5 of my toppings were missing because she had a mind of her own to not care about what her customer even wants. i work in customer service and this is not how you work in the hospitality industry. would never come here again.
