Service is 50/50; either fast and well prepared or 10 mins with no one else at ghe locarion. The burgers are also 50/50; either amazing or subpar. The breakfast tates fine, crushed but tasted fine. The coffee is disgusting; watered down, only able to add 1 milk and 1 sugar online.

I love this location and am glad that it's 24 hours. There's nothing like working a graveyard shift and being able to get a whopper meal after work. I can't stand breakfast after working all night. Yes, I have to wait sometimes, but at least I know it's fresh. Service is better and friendlier during the week than on the weekend. The younger gentlemen/manager is fantastic, always smiling and positive. Keep up the great work.

What can I say. Burger King is Burger King. Has been pretty much the same since I can remember. Have to say their customer service is getting better. Still get a chuckle that sometime during the night they turn most of the lights off in side and turn the menu and drive through lights off. I’m guessing to appear closed but they’re open 24 hours.

From what I understand in viewing the news this morning, Burger King International, owner of Tim Hortons, will continue to operate and support their stores in Russia "because so many of their outlets are independently owned". That is their business decision. My business decision is to immediately stop patronizing any Tim Hortons, Burger King, Popeyes, Firehouse Subs, Moxies outlet. I regret the minuscule impact my action will have on the franchisees of these outlets. Owners - tell RBI Inc to stop all activity in Russia. If you gain benefit from Russian business, you will not gain business from me And that sucks. “Roll up the Rim” is a brilliant marketing promotion. Just stop doing business in Russia until they stop

Very rude, gave me the wrong order when I showed up to pick up my mobile order from the drive through, then had the audacity to TELL ME what ordered, "you have a mobile order right? You ordered a whopper and a poutine." No that was the wrong mobile order, simple mistake, but very rude about it. I then had to take time to go into the restaurant from the drive through, just for the manager to figure out the attendant handed me the wrong order like I explained in the first place.

I ordered 3 whopper combos from skip the dishes. I only received 2 whoppers. I called and left a message with the store, but no on bothered to call me back. I am not blaming Skip the dishes ir the delivery guy cause I had to use scissors to open the bags they were sealed to well. Doesn't seen to me like Burger King's cares about their customers or customer service. I will use Door Dash from now on who will get my order from the Kitchener store.

Great service every time I come here. The food is always hot and delicious. It's the only bk I go to in cambridge.

Mold on the bread! Just got the whopper and a mold was there!
