Love this place! Best burgers in KW- Cambridge area! Customer service is amazing, nice and lovely staff! They always have some good deals and we love it!We drive from Waterloo just for these delish juicy burgers ?We just ate our Juicy Lucy burgers and ordered again. I always forget to take pictures because we eat them so fast lolCan't wait when they will open a Burger Factory in Waterloo ?
The food was so good! they were quick making it and so friendly. food was like something you would get at a sit down restaurant. it is more expensive but the price totally matches the quality! would go again!
Loved the vibes and food! Staff were super nice too! The food is all halal! We ordered juicy lucy on fire, grilled chicken fillet and crispy chicken. I got the gluten free bun and LOVE that they offer gluten free. All burgers were very tasty. It was just a bit confusing picking out the toppings because usually we get the premade options but staff was great.We got tornado fries (10/10 for these) and jalapeno poppers. We liked them both but i liked the tornado fries the best.For dessert we got oreo funnel cake with ice cream and a strawberry mulkshake and both were YUMM! The funnel cake was a little hard to cut with the cutlery but the taste with the ice cream was too good.Overall, 10/10 i would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
Unexpectedly great! Their burgers are delicious (especially the Juicy Lucy on Fire) and their poutine is superb. I also really enjoyed the Utility Steak, but I couldn’t finish it in one sitting — I was too full.
One negative thing I see is that the fried potatoes are tasteless. I didn't like the look and taste. my kids went especially for fries but they didn't like it at all. But serving halal burger is a good option for dieters.
We had the steak sandwich which was good just missing hot sauce with fries and jalapeno poppers. Food was enjoyable and portion of fries was good too.Funnel cake we did not like and the ordering process for that was confusing as we asked for the standard and ended up getting just the bottom part dry no ice cream or sauce so we had to send it back twice lol1 star lost for funnel cake1 star lost for dirty smelly washroom

Amazing deals usually at this place for delicious burgers. Not only their burgers are fantastic, shakes are pretty good as well. Excellent customer service on top of it. One of my favourite place to grab burgers when I am on 401. Ample free parking in front of this place & decent sitting space inside this place. Hats off to you guys. Keep up the good works with amazing deals :).
I enjoyed the burger and fries from this place, it's a good comfort food! I liked the freshness of the burger patty and bun.Be careful to choose all ingredients you want in your burger. I assumed it would come with what it had on the picture, but it didn't.I thought it was a bit pricy compared to what I got there and what I can get at other burger places.Staff was friendly, place was clean and I liked to the style of the decoration.
