I have gone to all the local Boston Pizza eateries and absolutely love them all. The food is always top notch. The service is great (the staff seem happy). I do wish it was a little more reasonably priced. I don't go that often because of that unfortunately. All and all, it's always a great experience ??
Initially told wait time (Friday 630 pm) would be 40 minutes. Didnt see enough people sitting, so decided to wait. Called our name 10 minutes later to be seated. Food is always freshly prepared and good. Had to ask for a lot of things (cutlery, napkins, to place my order, check). Just seemed to be slightly disorganized for how busy it was. Maybe new staff (?), but higher rating simply because of the food quality.
Worst Boston Pizza experience. Server took our drink order and disappeared for 10 mins. Brought wrong drink, forgot a drink, brought milk with ice in it, we didn't get utensils, we didn't get napkins, a 2nd server came to take our order when we had already ordered 20 mins before... Table behind us were complaining too. On top of that the floors were dirty needed to be vacuumed. We walked out. Don't waste your time.
Arrived at around 8pm left after close, was not rushed at all.I wish I could remember her name our server was very pleasant ect.Food was great. Would highly recommend.
HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!We rarely come here, we come here like once every 4-5 years because we think it’s that horrible and I think it’s time that I just say never come back! We came here for the 7th game for the leafs and we ordered nachos and the cheese on the Nachos was like they melted it with a blow dryer for a minute and added a tea spoon of beef, it was literally cold horrible, horrible, horrible, never consider it. NOT TO MENTION the service is another level of HORRIBLE UGH!
The pizza is amazing, the place in clean (including the washroom), the crew is awesome, always checking if is all good or is we need something but not being annoying. Thank you
The food was really good. We went early which I believe is the best time to go so the kitchen is not rushing the meals out. Our food was very flavorful and the menu also was adaptable for people who have food intolerances, many restaurants use some form of soy oil which really limits what a person can have. They went over the top to ensure the needs were taken care of. We will definitely return.
I was really displeased with the lack of service. The restaurant was slow, I walked in with my two kids. We are visible minorities. We sat there for 20 minutes. No one came to our service. Then two Caucasian customers walked in, with in 5 minutes they were serviced. I was so upset that my kids and I left. As we were leaving the server looked at us and said” have a great night “. How can we have a great a night?
Brought my children here to treat my son for his birthday. My daughter started having a melt down and a waitress came up to us said “we get children have melt downs but we can’t have that here” brought us take out containers and rudely told us we had to leave. When paying for our food the lady at the front more less threw the change at us.
Went here recently for dinner. This food tastes great but it seems like their portion sizes have decreased.
