Out of town for a day and stopped in for Dinner. The waitress was terrible, couldn't remember what drinks you ordered and had to come back to ask, I wasn't given a fork to eat and ask for one as soon as my dinner was served, 5 minutes later tracked her down and said where is my fork to eat. Never came during meal to see how everything was and my husband's fries were cold when delivered. She came near end of us eating to ask. He told her and she said do you want fresh fries he said no as he was done his steak. Took forever to get drinks, forever to get the bill. Would have ordered dessert but she took too long. Wasn't given a option of no tip as she did not deserve one so gave her a very small small tip. Will never go back there if in the area again.
Service was terrible. Waited 20 minutes just for someone to ask us if we wanted drinks. Ceasar salad was gross. Romaine lettuce was brown. Just not a great experience. It used to be good. Not anymore. Major lack of care.
Nice staff! I'm voting based on foods we ordered.Onion rings: great and large portion compared to other restaurants.Calamari: great and large portion compared to other restaurants.Mediterranean pizza medium size: Not so good. Enough for 1 person.Pasta: enough for 1 person. Not so good. The pasta were sticked to each other. The sauce was good.

Worst Tacos i ever saw as not match with their Menu... as per menu there should be onions amd cilantro and jalapenos.....Burned cactus cut fries they served.Do not come this place
Very disappointed. We went to the Guelph location on the weekend and aside from the slow service the food was excellent, so I was happy to take my family to the Cambridge location.The food was anything but delicious. My nieces salad looked almost slimy, not very appetizing at all. My mum didn’t not eat much of her meal, she said it was very bland (she got some type of pasta). I was surprised it was bland I guess they used all the salt on my app and pizza. We got the spinach dip and all I could taste was garlic and salt. My pizza was extremely salty to say there was 1-2 piece of prosciutto on there (it was mostly sauce and wilted onions dumped all over it). The server started out good, but went down hill very quickly when a couple of more families came in. At one point we could not even find anyone on the floor for about 15 mins. We had somewhere to be and gave ourselves 1.5 hours to eat. My family had to leave me there to make their engagement on time. I asked for a take out container twice and had to ask someone else for one after waiting 10 minutes after the bill was paid - when I did she gave attitude about it being busy. I got the same meal as the location in Guelph on the weekend so I was surprised that the food was terrible this time.I know dinning out changed a lot after Covid but I find it hard to believe that you need to budget 2 hours to get lunch for 2 adults and 3 kids at a restaurant, especially when the quality of the food was so bad. Then when I was leaving I asked the girl at the host stand to help with with the door. I had 2 bags, the take out container I finally got and a baby in my hands. The door was a little heavy. She didn’t really give attitude - but she said nothing, came over, opened it for me. But I was expecting a “sure no problem” something along those lines.Sorry Boston Pizza won’t be coming back in a hurry - well not this location. And I had to call the location because after reviewing the bill they did not take off the kids meals that were supposed to be free!!
This location has seriously gone down hill. I used to love it here and took the family fairly often. Unfortunately the menu has shrunk and the food is largely unappetizing. (Meat is as tough as shoe leather, and the salad served at room temperature rather than cold). Sadly, I will not be in a rush to return.
Great service and great food as always , love this place !My only complaint , the gluten free brownie was sad and depressing. It was a small 3'' x 1.5'' brownie on a large, bare plate. You pay extra for it but don't get ice cream or chocolate sauce on it . The brownie itself was not great , it tasted like eating cocoa powder.I love you Boston pizza, your food is so good and never makes me sick . I am hopeful that you will improve on your gf dessert in the future ?

With this being my first place to go and eat in since covid has started. I have to rate them a 5. Short staffed but very happy service and extremely clean environment. Will definitely be back there.
