It’s a shout out for one of the most genuine and generous associate I’ve ever seen in my life. I called her at 8:59 for an icecream and opend the door after closing the store !! She saved my day, she’s gonna go places and we need more people like her in society !
Have been trying for a month to order a birthday cake for my husband. The beer mug cakes that are usually seen around father’s day. I have only ever talked to someone once, and she informed me that she wasn’t sure if the decorator could do it, took all my information and said they would call me.I haven’t heard anything and his birthday is in 3 weeks
I went to this location yesterday at 20.mins pass noon and there was nobody there. Your website claimed that you opening time is 11:00 am.

The first time I went there and the lady behind the counter ignored me and tidied up while I stood alone in the store 5 mins at the counter… I thought maybe it was just this one time. Maybe a bad day? In her head?Nope. Today I went back again. This time 2 girls working behind the counter. Neither of them acknowledged my existence. For 10 mins I stood there while the one girl helped a lady.Having to leave soon I asked the other girl if she could help me. I said It would be nice if someone acknowledged I was even there. There are 2 of them why can’t she help me? When I get ice creme in Kitchener they are welcoming and even if you have to wait they say hello and they will be right with you.She made a snide comment about them having more people and served me in under 2 mins.If you want customer service I would suggest you go somewhere else probably.2 stars because the had ice creme and it was clean. 2 stars because they are rude and dismissive
Baskin Robbins is always a great time with many different flavors to choose from. Even with covid restrictions in place!
Daughter loved her $4 kid sized ice cream. Guessing thats why its not busy on a hot day!
Can’t go wrong with ice cream on a hot day here. Good variety of flavours available. I took two star off because the staff were putting ice cream tubs packed in their shipping packaging directly on open ice cream tubs; then pushing them in adjacent tubs to scoop ice cream from underneath them, probably contaminating it. Handle dairy products with care and keep packaging away, it would have been on the floor of quite a few places.
Ice cream was nothing special you get really small portions. Scoopes are golfball sized.
