Nice staff at drive thru. Order was correct. Price is reasonable. Didn't give it 5 stars cause better burgers do exist.
Always impressed by the staff and service here! Food is always fresh and you’re greeted with a smile! Never disappoints to enjoy some quality A&W food from a great restaurant! Keep up the good work to all the staff there!! I will continue to choose this as my favourite location!!
Consistent order mistakes. 2 of 3 orders via UberEats were severely messed up. The first order, no drink and they really skimped on fries. The second time, great - no issues. The latest time… 2 drinks yet only gave 1 straw… ordered two combos but only one was a combo (just got the burger - and receipt even said two combos), no utensils or ketchup packs despite requested, severely skimped on burger toppings - what was included was very underwhelming. I don’t know how orders aren’t checked more throughly. Won’t be back to the Holiday Inn location again.
Stopped in for sausage and egger on a bun. When I went to bite it, the egg and sausage slide out and on to the floor. ?? Wow. So greasy and the added chipotle sauce just made it a joke.Well, so much for the $8 wasted. Home fries were so greasy they went in the garbage. The worst A&W experience. Mad as hell.
A&W's breakfast sandwiches are my favorite but today I suspect that there was plastic made with my egg. I had to remove and spit out parts of my egg while eating the sandwich and when I took a closer look at it, it's even tough to rip the pieces apart. When it finally ripped, it was a clean rip which concerned me.Very disappointed as I was really craving a good breakfast sandwich
Plenty of parking.Restaurant was clean.Food was served hot.But front cashier was not friendly. After greeting, literally she didn’t sound like she was interested even communicating at all.I thanked her when she gave me the order. But she didn’t even reply and went towards her co-worker. It felt rude.
go here all the time, but today went and they asked me to pull forward my meal will take a minute which i dont mind for fresh food, but ordered 2 sausage and egger combos and when we got home. I opened it and found 2 bacon and Eggers. We don't care for bacon cause they only put three small pieces on and you can taste that it is the cheap bacon. Almost no meat in my sandwich, that's why I ask for sausage. if they were quick I wouldn't say a thing cause mistakes happen when you rush but it wasn't rushed. bad experience today hopefully they can find some better workers or train them to pay more attention to what they ate doing .
I went tonight to this location for their new Jalapeño lime beyond meat burger. It was 9:40, and they were closed at 10. The woman working the drive-through seemed very inconvenienced by me coming in before close, and informed me that they didn’t have what I wanted because “they were closing”. At the window, the women was dismissive, but that’s fine… maybe she has a hard day. Once I drove away, I realized my order was wrong and I circled back to get it fixed. No harm done! Just a misunderstanding!Unfortunately the team member didn’t feel the same, told me I ordered it that way. It was so rude and made me feel awful… I JUST wanted toppings on my burger… that’s all.She fixed it in a huff, and had another member of the team hand it to me because she was clearly annoyed by my presence.I have worked in drive thru for 3 years, and I know it can be challenging, but treating people with dignity and respect is of the upmost importance to me. Customer service matters. I know that I was 100% kind to her, and she treated me like I was garbage.If your open till 10? Don’t start closing at 9:30. And train the staff to treat people better. I didn’t pay $9 for a single burger to get treated that way.
Picked up an order tonight. 28.00 foe two meals. Fries old (and with the nice addition of remnants of onion ring coating for added flavour), and burgers so cold, the slice of cheese didn't even melt on the way home. Empty store and drive through... go figure.Fast Forward 3 Weeks. 4 emails, 1 from a DM on the 8th of Jan, from the wrong store with a response " Unfortunately, your concern was sent to our location in Orangeville and not Cambridge. I will advise HO about this and have your concern forwarded to the correct restaurant."... now... crickets.
Poor customer service.The girl at the drive thru window was annoyed by her job in General. Didn't talk at all I would say thank you or anything and she just stared at me.Ordered a papa and rings. The meat was old and cold and the onion ring batter barely existed. Definitely not what a&w I known for. This location sucks. Avoid if you can.
