The food is always great if they serve your order correctly. At night there is one female worker who is always rude and has an attitude, she always gets the order wrong. I’ve had many great experiences with this A&W but that femaleWorker has got to go.
Everytime I went to this location; had a really really bad experience. Got a Beyond burger with no pickles; there was no lineup and the food that they give me was like a garbage. Patty's soggy & stale; I can clearly see that was obviously expired one; why you can't serve fresh meat if their's no lineup and even if I am ready to wait for my food; or do I need to ask always for fresh;?
Night shift staff continuously gets orders wrong. Struggle to speak English, and aren't trained to receive a&w coupons. Very disappointing what this location's standards are currently.
No more cruise nites? Whose stupid idea was that? The new owners will notice in their less fat wallets the error of their decision. Many loyal customers have said they will no longer frequent this establishment at ANY time! One might wonder if the new owners might be of another persuasion perhaps?
One of the ladies working the nightshift was being very hostile as i attempted to place an order. Not a pleasant experience. Do yourself a favour and go to burger king across the street.
I never knew that A&W had a keto option. I eat low carb so I had the burger wrapped in lettuce. So great that they make it friendly for people who cant eat carbs.
So I worked there for about 4 months everything was going great until we got a new manager. Then I asked for 1 day off for counselling and was fired for no reason. Dinner is your best bet with this place and I definitely would not eat anything throughout the week. Everything they serve in the morning and for lunch thru the week is mostly expired but they serve it. They would not eat anything from that restaurant either but still making the people serve garbage they cooked and then saying you were not meeting expectations. I still won't eat from here or any a&w after they way I was treated and being in that kitchen. Oh and unless your East Indian you will not get hired now. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to to make the review. All they did was train me the wrong way and get me in trouble for everything I did. Never said anything but that I was doing great work. Good thing I had McDonald's proper training and could still get by. Was definitely the worst experience of my life well the last 2 months anyway. There was atleast 7 east Indian hired in the last 2 months and I am just coincidentally fired with no warning. Nicole-shea is the best supervisor that place will ever see. She was the nicest and always trying to show me the right thing to do.
We order takeout from this location and live 5 minutes away. The food tastes good but is never hot.
Fries were super hot and among the best of the fast food choices. Burger family allows for a little hungry to famished.
While the chicken strips were very tasty, there was a longer than usual delay in the drive-thru.
