This is not our first time here. We’ve ordered 2 saj wraps. We were expecting that we’d be asked how we like to have our wraps as it always happens at any shawarma spot. While we were waiting, we suddenly were given our wraps. They had turnip and onions which we don’t like. We won’t be returning to this branch again. We never had such issue at the New Street branch.Update after the owner’s reply:If my review was different than the feedback you’re getting from other customers that doesn’t mean anything. You said that I should have asked for pita not saj as if it is you who decides what customers should order. I said that I wont return back and your response makes me more determined not to change my decision. You should learn more about customer satisfaction at least from your New Street branch, guys. I ordered a beef schwarma wrap. The sauce is amazing! Perfect balance of salty and spicy. Not too runny. The restaurant is immaculate. Very clean. Owners are very friendly and warm. 10/10
I ordered three items for takeout using their website. When I got home I realized one item was missing from the bag. I didn't want to drive back so guess they got a big tip for the two items... There was also a guy working there who wasn't wearing a mask. So I'm pretty disappointed by the whole experience. Food itself was alright. It was my first time trying this place and I probably will not be back.

Second time visiting this location and I must say this is the best shawarma in South Eastern Ontario. They use fresh ingredients, you get actual potatoes with your shawarma plate - not fries - and the value is fantastic. Oh, and the customer service is great. Ahmed made my day, he was kind, genuine and even though he was busy took the time to learn my name and deliver a great product. Eat here.
The food was delicious, and the staff were super friendly, helpful, fun, and showed an enthusiastic customer service spirit. They customise each order for your preference. The portions were huge, so you really get your money's worth. Make sure you come hungry.
I ordered shawarma on the rocks, when i asked for toppings they said they couldnt do it, even when I insisted id pay for the toppings. so rather charging me for the toppings the charged me for the dinner plate, and did not give me everything it came with. I had asked why they dont charge 50 cents per topping, and I was just ignored and got horrible service, they even cut down on the meat portion of my meal. cant say I will be ever going back. For a lunch that shoudlve costed me 11 bucks was 20 and I didnt get what I had asked for. very disappointing
Authentic, tasty, and filling. A single wrap will be enough for a whole meal. Their sauces are made in house as well, which is always a good sign. The place is very no-fuss, and the owner was very friendly. Highly recommend.
Food is very bad. Chicken is old and not fresh the flavor is like it has been left out for 3 days. I will never come back mad recommend no one to get from this restaurant. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
As a first time visitor, the chicken saj was delicious. Will definitely go back again
