I had a portion of medium rice and chicken. So amazing and tasty.Best service I ever got from the young Indian man at the counter. He was so amazing and gave me the fresh chicken.Definitely worth a shot !!!!Will come back again
Food is fresh, and tastes amazing. The chicken shawarma dinner, and the chicken on salad are my favourites here. There is always friendly conversation with the staff, and I enjoy coming in a few times a month for my favourite meals.
Honestly the best. Great portions for the price and the food is always very fresh. I always ask for extra pickled radishes because it’s so good here - not salty and so satisfying. We get takeout way too often here and it is enough for two whole meals!Definitely get the beef or chicken shawarma plates and don’t skimp on the garlic sauce either!
Tasty generous amount of food in a regular chicken Shawarma plate, strongly recommended.
Food is good. However, customer service needs to improve, server was quite arrogant. Reco Shawarma in the same plaza on the Walker's offers much generous portions with good customer service!
I had a bad experience recently. It is normally good but this time, the order was terribly lacking. There was hardly any chicken on a "large" order of chicken on rice. I returned the order and it was obvious to them that they neglected to add enough chicken . No apology but they offered to add more chicken. Asked for a refund and won't return.

Went with this place because it’s highly rated, but we must have ordered on a really bad day. Ordered 2 shawarmas on fries and a salad. Chicken on all 3 had almost no seasoning, and none had any browning or crispiness. There was also very little sauce/dressing on everything, so the flavor was really lacking.The fries were undercooked and soggy. Yes we ordered through a delivery app but you could tel these fries weren’t cooked properly the first time.We will continue to look for a decent shawarma place in Burlington.
My husband and I have tried MANY shawarma places throughout Hamilton and Burlington for over 20 years. We just tried this place for the first time today since they're in the neighbourhood. I placed an order online but it was only half correct upon pick up. Thankfully, one of the staff corrected things (likely the owner) because the staff who was managing my order was a bit dismissive. In comparison to some other shawarma spots, the chicken to rice portion was off, very little chicken atop a massive bed of rice. However, everything tasted really good. I wil try Zesty one more time to see how it goes but will order on site, not online.
Zesty Pita is a great place for lunch, I have been going once a week for a month and can’t stop. 5 starts 10/10
