No walk-in allowed, drive thru slow but good food and correct order.
Spicy Asiago Ranch Chicken Club is absolutely delicious. Hamburgers are good. Personally I'm not a huge fans of the buns they use for most burgers. Fries are also good. Side note; medium sized drinks are huge.
Wow, swing and a miss for breakfast this morning. Half filled coffee?!?! And wayyyyy too much sugar. Over cooked potatoes. Took forever in the drivethru. They just aren't ready for breakfast. It will be a while till I go back.
I’m very disappointed. I was looking forward to trying the new Wendy’s breakfast and paid almost $20 for a sandwhich and a combo. The price did not bug me however when I got all the way home I noticed the potatoes were not a large like I had paid for and the one sandwhich had just bacon and egg when I paid for bacon and sausage with egg. Super disappointing. The only reason I am not giving it a one star is because the customer service lady was very nice when taking my order. Will not be coming back here. Appleby and dundas location is much better.
The old cashier lady was awful. Her attitude is unexepteble. She was acting like she is doing a favor and we should be there.
Constantly shows as available on UberEats, and other order pickup services. Holds your order but does not confirm it for about 30 minutes until finally cancelling. Who ever manages this restaurante should be tossed firmly out the door.
The burgers are good, but the fries are usually cold and soggy. I ordered a sprite, but they gave me soda water instead. The drive through takes a long time. Staff seem nice.
Worst customer service. Front staff lady was rude and giving frustrated replies and stares to customers. Throwing tissues and sachets in bag as if we were at fault for ordering. Never going here. God knows who trained her to behave amso rudely. Unserstand its eush hour and minimum wage but doesnt give reasons to be rude.
For the amount of factory's around it really should open up sooner like opening hours are 10:30 I'm at work at 5:00 a.m. I have lunch at 9:00 but nothing's open if you guys started opening up at 9:00 you have at least I don't know about 15 guys I know for sure coming in for lunch but I'm not food there is great they they're bang on they're fast and efficient
The restaurant on Walker's and Mainway in Burlington has huge line ups for drive through. We just waited 20 minutes just to order. Ridiculous. Hire more people.. or is it getting hard to find labor for $15/h with today's cost of living?
