Twice the deal pizza is amazing and we went back for seconds the next day. It is so delicious and my favourite pizza place at this point.
To be clear I order from this place whenever we do pizza and I was very disappointed by their actions. Ordered their standard creamy garlic (4) and they gave me dill sauce. They gave it to me in their own plastic containers which means they had to squeeze it in themselves. I called them up and explained what they did and they said they would refund me. He went on to say that they haven’t had the regular creamy garlic for the last 2 and a half months and that I was the first to complain - yeah okay..I was born, but not yesterday. You could smell the dill sauce when you opened the pizza box.I told him I don’t want the refund because I wanted him to understand that, that is not the point. He should’ve been clear from the start telling me that they didn’t have it straight up instead of me just thinking I wouldn’t notice. I would’ve appreciated that a lot more. Don’t get confrontational with me when it is 100% your fault. Be better. I’m more than happy to support local but this a quick and dirty move. Just be honest.
Conflicted about the 2 stars. Pre-pandemic this was may favourite place to order from but the last 3 times I've ordered online (someone else has picked up) we've been missing items or been given something wrong. For example, the order will list cheesecake but none is included when it's picked up or we will get the wrong drinks. We have someone who is diabetic so if they mess up the drinks, that person is now stuck. Just seems like people putting the order together are becoming careless.... Would at least be nice if they could say "hey, we didn't have this requested item so we replaced it with this, is that ok?". Select sauce on the side (again, dietary restrictions) and even put it in the comments sauce must be on the side and still get sauce on the wings. Not sure that they can or will do anything to make this better.
Pizza is average, but price wise low so good value, wings are very good...ask for well done, lost a star because short 1 beverage upon delivery.
Extremely affordable and always delicious. Service, value and flavour have never disappointed in the years since our first order.
I ordered online, picked up food 20 min later. Was ready when I got there. We ordered 5 different toppings and got what we ordered. Wedges and wings came as ordered and everything was delicious. Price was great. Will definitely use them again.
I ordered 2 panzarottis with just cheese & light sauce.They were excellent,cooked just right & lots of toppings inside.
