From start to finish this was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time. First we stood at the door for 5mins before the hostess greeted us. When she did greet us her lack of any type of customer service was the only thing that stood out. She sat us at a table and quickly hurried away. When I went to sit at the booth it was filthy dirty with crumbs and sauce all over it. I then inspect the table it too has sauce everywhere. The table has been wiped down but not cleaned. I witnessed the hostess “clean” another table and I totally understand why we had crumbs everywhere. Bad start but whatever, things happens……until we wait 15mins for our waiter. We arrived at 7:39 and didn’t get drinks until 8:09. Our meals were not awful but not great. Wouldn’t order anything I ate again. The Manager came around to do his table touches. I was looking forward to this so I could let him know in a constructive way but he sailed on past our table. Service was terrible, cleanliness was non existent. Wait times on a Tuesday night with empty tables was unacceptable. Finally the hostess was not in uniform, wouldn’t be a big deal but it added to her complete lack of enthusiasm and is a really bad look on the restaurant.

This is a very family friendly place with great offerings for every age group. We celebrated my daughter's birthday here tonight with a decent size group and everyone had a good time. Food tasted great and service was even better. Mara our hostess, certainly took care of us and was even a hit with the kid's table. They've also allowed us to bring in our own birthday cake and even gave the kids some treats on the way out. The experience easily would have been worth all the five stars, if the mango pineapple salmon tasted as good as it sounds. We hope no one else had ordered the same dish and felt awful after two bites of the salmon. Mara made up for it and accommodated another dish in its place. Overall a great experience and certainly one to remember. Certainly will come back for their great service and have cautious optimism for their salmon dish.

The bacon cheeseburger and real onion rings were pretty good compared to ones in Texas.. I would order it again. The fish tacos looked good as well. I went at lunch time and there was no wait. Staff was quick and attentive. Social distancing is still in place for Canada. The burger and rings were $20 so kinda expensive but also may be a Canadian thing. Will visit them again on my next trip.

We had a group of 14 and a reservation to arrive between 6:30-7. We had a member arrive just around 6:30 and put reservation was gone even though it was confirmed multiple times. We had to wait outside for over an hour and when we were seated, it took another 10 minutes to even get water to the table. The manager offered us five desserts for free which was nice, but when you drive 45 minutes out of your way and have to work at 5 AM the next day, getting your dinner at almost 9 is really inconvenient.

About average, the service was decent. The food was a bit underwhelming, the fries were cold and the burger was dry. We did come as a large group, and the food might have been put aside until all the food was ready to come out. A few others that I came with also had cold fries. I do recommend the ice cream brownie, that was the highlight of the food. If it wasn't for the service, this would have been a generous 3/5 stars.

Good food as always and great service

Every visit I've had I was served by friendly waitresses. This restaurant really understood the covid-19 rules and stuck to them. The food is ALWAYS on point. ??

Normally I don't write (chain) reviews but this warrants one ! My 94 year young mother who resides in LTC finally got the green light to exit. We made plans for a girls morning haircut (much needed) and lunch. I always let her make the choice . We have dined here a few times . After months of LTC food she was ready ! Mom tends to order the same thing either a burger or the famous TJ wings. She opted for the burger always fresh and with her cheese ketchup and mustard topping choice. It did not disappoint ! My new found go to at TJS is their burger salad . If you have not tried it do ! I forgot to ask for dressing on the side which I do with most salads(so not to have an overdressed limp salad) but it was delightful !even with ! Actually the main reason of my review is the surprise we received at the end. A fellow patron overheard our conversation as to this was her visit out since Christmas day, and when I asked for my bill they had taken care of it. You probably are not reading this but you made my mothers day and I know she will remember this random act of kindness . Thank you so very much ! Thank you to our server Jim who personally thanked them for us as they did not want to be identified . I will pay forward your kindness !

I am regular customer to TJ. I have been in many TJ locations. This location by far is worst. The portions are smaller than other locations. We ordered a warm desert which was cold obviously. You can tell the quality of food and the presentation of TJ is not met here. The waitresses are great. Nothing wrong with serving us at all. Its all about the kitchen. Sure will not come in back to this location.

Superb time. We sat in the bar area. Our server Courtney was fast friendly and courteous. Other wait staff was also friendly (Mara) and the manager Bethany took extra time to make sure that all was well.
