I ordered a 10 topping medium pizza. The delivery driver demand $30.00 when it was $27.00. He walked away with my pizza when I didn't give it to him.
Good service. Good price. Good food. Wings are juicy, a good size and lots of meat. We got the spicy Thai sauce on the side.Medium Canadiana pizza was delicious and not too salty. It smelled so good we started eating and then realized we forgot to take pictures!! Oops!Would recommend if you like pizza and are in the Burlington area.

Placed an order for a pepperoni with extra cheese, it's deliciously done, excellent in taste, quite exceptional customer service. Would have give more stars ? if there is an option.They know what they do and they are excellent at it.
Ordered a pizza from here gave the address and waited over a hour only for the delivery person to call and say they don't deliver to that address! The address was only 11 minutes away from the store.They waited over a hour to call and tell us that. Extremely poor customer service would not recommend Toppers pizza at all. If you want bad customer service this is the place to go
We placed an order through UberEats last night and were notified right away that the restaurant was preparing our order - the delivery time would be from 40 to 60 minutes. As the delivery is made by Toppers instead of an Uber driver you don’t receive the usual updates through the app. The order changed to preparing for delivery. When we hadn’t received our food at the hour mark, I clicked on order not received yet and then provide update - Topper’s immediately cancelled our order at that point. We had already been charged, so we then had to open an investigation to receive a refund right away. Beyond disappointed - extremely poor customer service!!!
I love Toppers so this has to be broken up. Store is fantastic but the call in line has no idea what specials are available and it hurts to pay for a medium when you find out a large pizza is cheaper
Great Pizza, reasonably priced, great wings and friendly on time driver.
I would give zero stars if i could. I ordered a large veggie pizza and after we'd eaten half of it, we saw a little piece of pepperoni on it and me and my wife being vegetarians were extremely annoyed. I went back to the store with rest of the pizza and showed it to the employees, i asked for a refund so one of the employees called another person. He was an old guy, not sure if he was the manager or owner. He seemed kinda frustrated. And the first thing be said when he saw the pizza was "Why are you coming after eating half of it?" No apologies, no acceptance, nothing. You can imagine how angry I was at that point. Well first of all that wasn't what i ordered and how was i freakin supposed to know that it contained that piece of pepperoni in the middle, i would have come with the whole pizza if i would've found it in my first slice. At this point when i told him all these things, he finally returned my money. The other employees were okay, but this person was the worst manager i have ever met. Mistakes happen, i get it, but you should know how to fix them. It seemed like i was being accused for scamming and lying so i could get that money back. I wasn't. Never ever going back here and I'd advise everyone to not to go to this location.
Went here in a middle of a day. Quiet and nice atmosphere. I ordered a cheese pizza with garlic butter base. It was delicious and I would highly recommend this location if you love Cheese pizza.Good customer service was also really great.
