Slowest coffee experience ever. Prioritized drive through over walk in. Never waited so long at a tim hortons just to be acknowledged while standing there at the front of the line for five minutes. Incredible.
Everyone works the drive through. Ignore you at storefront.
Every morning my Wife and I get our Steped Tea,Tea bisc and croissant
I don’t know what’s happened but the staff and quality at this location has gone downhill. The Staff don’t care at all and the coffee is consistently cold. Today the lady at the drive thru said she couldn’t put my coffees in a tray and then handed me the tray and told me to do it myself. Avoid this Tim Hortons folks!
When l was there it was nice of one the staff got coffee and bagel l'm guess not remember but good paid and left the store etc.
The food is as bad as the service. If they don’t have the items you order they just give you whatever they feel like.
Drive-thru and walk-ins are fine, service was fast. Very close to RBG, Burlington, we in fact came out of Botanical Gardens and went in for coffee. Friendly staff and good service.

Best staff I've ever dealt with very clean environment always laughing and having a good time when I go there. Very quick service as well. The ladies here are great
