Love the place I always come here for a regular
Such an amazing store, reading the reviews made me so confused because whenever I come here I always get treated so nicely. Everyone here is amazing and my food comes out perfect all the time. Definitely my go to timmies ;)
So happy to write a review for Timmies. Had a double-double this time. Nothing can replace the taste of it. Took the drive thru and the customer service was absolutely perfect, very much professional, helpful and friendly.
Ordered everything bagel, got burnt one. Asked him to change this time and he got upset about it. Asked me to park at front and brought me Wrong bagel and burnt again. Other day, I Ordered potato wedges and those were all dry, I could even bite those. I was coming to this location because it was close to work but it is my last visit here. I know, it’s not a lot of money but waste of time. Somebody need to supervise the operations this store.

I went there this morning to get a coffee there was one customer in front of me waiting for her order, the guest was talking to the attendant at the ESSO. I went to open my app to get my rewards and use my Tim card to pay for it. But when i opened the app it was updating with a new update. She asked if I had taken a picture of the rewards barcode I said no that my Tim card was also on the app. There was nobody behind me, and she just kept pushing me to pay. I was there 2 minutes and she was pushing me. I will never go back to that location with a pushy person behind the counter, I was a manager at a Tim Horton's and never would I do that to any guest, or allow any staff to treat anybody like that!I found it very interesting that another review said how fast they are in the drive thru, which is so amazing considering they are in an ESSO station and there is no drive thru there, they are in a kiosk in the station. but I'm glad they are fast in their fictional drive thru.
Whenever I order a coffee from here it’s never fresh... and it’s taste is totally different than other Tim hortons, I believe they add too much water when they are brewing the coffee
Service was good and the drinks were great.
I've only ever been here at night, after 9 pm. So far it's been lovely and I will absolutely return. There is usually no line up and even though it's late there are always options in the pastry case to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful and my beverage has always tasted perfect. Thanks guys!
Had the worst experience with a person named Elena at the Tim Hortons on Appleby and Uppermiddle. I asked her one question about the new rewards card and she gave me attitude and ended our conversation with a simple "bye" before I was finished. No one was in line behind me so I don't understand where her mood was coming from. Not coming back.The Tim Hortons on Appleby and Dundas has a much friendlier staff.
