We went to have coffee at 9 pm. Arladads.col liked it. Tim Hortons already has very good coffee. And if the employee pays attention, it becomes more beautiful. We also liked it very much and sat for half an hour. Employees are concerned. Tables are clean. I advise.

This is absolutely the WORST location in Burlington, at least one order a day is wrong.I’ve complained to the owner, it’s the employees ruining the store.
They lost my simple bagel with cream cheese order and when they finally did make it there was only a hint of cream cheese. They did my drink order fine. Would not return to this location.
It's okay, grossly understaffed but the staff they do have do make an effort. I wouldn't recommend going if you're on your lunch or in a pinch for time (again not the staffs fault but they should hire more help!)
Very small location with rude staff. Lots of flies buzzing around and chilling on the doughnuts. Pretty gross
Well, I was on my way from Brantford to Milton, thought of having a coffee break so I took exit at Guelph Line and stoped at this Tim Hortons, this location has a huge parking and various businesses are operating in this plaza. I went inside and ordered 4 coffee, machine spitted out 3 coffees and then was stuck, after all efforts are done, the counter staff requested me to change my order and I changed 4th coffee from French vanilla to hot chocolate. I figured it out that some Tim's location has quality coffee machines issues. Hopefully Tim's management would put some quality check procedures for the machines operating in all of its location. I like the quick service and customers capacity at this location.
I've been trying to get breakfast (5:20am) at this location for a few weeks.Every time, I get an excuse of how everything is frozen still or they don't have the sausage or eggs needed to make the food.Someone fix this

I asked for a (belt) breakfast sandwich, and got a bagel with egg an bacon and when I tried to correct my order they said that it was what I asked for , really bad service you can see they working under preasure, they doesn't care anything!!
