It is a nice place but the waiting time is way to long. They need to do something hardly hired more staff but the waiting time some time is ridiculous
Two employees had a problem knowing how to fix the problem THEY created on the app. I was overcharged so asked to have order cancelled. The problem went round and round until the manager came out. She was more concerned with the line up and how long this was taking than fixing the problem. She asked me to leave without even realizing I had paid and was waiting for my refund. I suggested it was an easy fix if they couldn't override the cash register she could just offer me the 6 donuts. She didn't agree. I guess as a customer trying to use the app, (she told me call the 800 #) , I wasn't her concern.Nasty way to do business no matter how busy you are.
Nice friendly staff and quick times, massive FYI tho there's no drive-thru though

I came in tonight at 9:30pm (January 18) and had the most wonderful experience. The employee who helped me was so nice!! They put a smile on my face and really made my night.

The Lines are ridiculous. One employee on break while the other two cashiers scramble to each take an order then walk away from the counter to make the coffee themselves... Painfully slowly. This place is brutal. Sunday morning ... You'd think they'd be at least a little better prepared for a church rush in the morning.
