This location has been our favourite but no more. My friend and I left because of the disgraceful behavior of a group of young boys. Probably about 11 or 12 years old. They didn't want to order, just to hang out, make a lot of noise and use foul language. The staff tried hard to get them to leave but they kept returning. One of the staff told me these kids are "regulars" and are always a problem. The time was about 6:30 pm. They ruined our dinner and we left. There is another group of young people who regularly terrorize this location. They are older. Probably 16 years old. I was there one time when the police were called. As for my friends and me, we will not be returning.
I do appreciate the stuffs there .a good memory there .impressive. I always went there to buy coffee every morning in the past 2 years . Stuffs are very nice . Always made me a good mood before i start work. They work hard and fast . One lady ( I don't know her name sorry ) , she takes order at drive through. She is very nice . She always say : " good morning, welcome to tim Hortons, might I take your order please. " always passionately to every customers .anther girl standing window to pass food for drive customers. She works fast..... they made me feel warm in the winter.I moved to BC now . But a good memory in Ontario.
I will drive out of my way to go to this location. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. I had an especially nice experience yesterday when I was frustrated with my dogs and kids in the car waiting in line (not why I was frustrated) but the app wasn't working for the deal I wanted etc it was a holiday, a big line up, my dog was whining and the staff were SO NICE AND PATIENT one customer started honking I felt so bad for the staff and they were over and beyond helpful and patient. Great job and thank you!
The cream broccoli soup is getting watery every time I go.Minestrone is good should have it more ofen.
Excellent Tim's. Clear speaking in drive thru, fast, correct orders every time, great coffee - well stirred. Pleasant staff. Best Tim's in Burlington.
Took refuge at this location during the big storm today. The staff couldn't make any food but they passed out paper towels to drenched ppl and make everyone feel calm during the power outage. Incredible team!!!!!!
My favourite Tims. Picky about my dark roast coffee and it's never been bitter. The freshest apple fritters too. Their breakfast biscuits are always perfect..but... once they left off my bacon.? Said nothing because they're so nice.
Staff is friendly and very quick . Unfortunately the customers ordering food here can push the wait times to 7+ minutes per car. Took over 20 minutes to serve 3 people making this location unusable if you're on a lunch break . It would greatly benefit by pushing large orders from ignorant customers into a separate waiting queue like McDonald's. I received my coffee each time in under 30 seconds . So this is not due to the staff.
Lois is a really hard worker, she makes the best iced coffee. Super fast and caring and if an order is wrong she helps to fix it. Very kind and always take a few seconds out of her day to talk to me. Keep up the good work Lois.
