To be honest I’d stay far away from this Tim hortons as possible. Might be one of the worst ones I’ve encountered so far.They can never hear your order, food is always served stale or cold. It’s unfortunate because I do some work in the area and that’s one of the closest Tim’s without getting back on the highway or driving for a bit.They’re never stocked on anything breakfast, it’s worst than McDonald’s broken ice cream machine. This location is definitely not the greatest representation of the franchise.I think I’d rather take the inconvenient drive at this time because now I’m worried about hygienic etiquette.I don’t really give one stars but this one is well deserved.

I just left and realized the person who served me at the drive thru gave herself a tip.i just double checked the history of my payment as it was weired I got back exactly $5. I paid $3.89. SHADY
EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. Took 10 minutes of waiting to place my order, then another 10 at the window for my order to come out(two drinks and a bagel) and then gave us uncooked bacon on the bagel. Seemed like all young kids working. Maybe they need an adult manager.
Often fairly busy as these locations tend to be at all hours, the staff here works through orders professionally whenever I've been.The other businesses on site are great for ensuring others with different tastes from the banal to the eclectic can likely find something.Three common seating area is very open and airy, not making you feel at all claustrophobic even when it's fairly packed.The only thing I'd like to recommend is a better way to manage the drive through as it tends to back out into the street (Walkers Line) and that's a really busy street to cause a disruption.Otherwise, keep up the service and the performance!
Some other comments mention that the weekend staff suck and I agree. This is the stop I do before work. Whenever I go on the weekend it's awful. Yesterday I asked for a double toasted bagel and got a non toasted bagel with grill marks, no mention from the lady handing me the bagel either.
This is a great Tim’s. Staff are very pleasant especially Emily and Jessica. That Dan guy is ok too.
Reliable and fast weekdays. Weekends are slow and you should double check order before rolling away from the drive through window.

Asked for a large latte and got a medium, when I told them they just dumped the latte in a large cup and added some milk.
