I depend on this location to get breakfast in the morning sometimes before work, however some days they are open at 5am and other days they aren’t open at the same time until even later which means I can’t get breakfast. Very unreliable, fix your hours or be open when you say you are.
We just picked up two coffees at this Tim Horton's at 5:48 pm on July the 11th.The young man at the drive through got our first coffee and while waiting for the other one he jumped up and sat on the counter where food would be placed. How unsanitary!!!
This is the closest location that offers delivery. I am disabled, and do not own a vehicle. Of the last 6 orders, only one was complete/correct. When I contact the store to let them know, they are consistently rude and not willing to help. I am growing tired of contacting Guest Services constantly.
Service here is very frustrating. They consistently get my order wrong. Just today, the person in front of me in the drive thru handed their food back as I can only assume it wasn’t correct. And to no surprise, mine was wrong aswell. The manager certainly needs to train their staff better.
Used this tims pretty much daily for last 4 months. Recently over the past few week their service has gone down hill. Drive thu could almost never take orders rights. They keep on repeating order over the intercom n yet get it wrong and get mad at customer. Service with reckless attitute

tim hortons,who doesn't love thier timmies honestly,?Christmas day though is a timmies tradition"Hide and seek"????That's when you see all the REAL ONES OUT lol"us" gotta get that coffee ahah !?at 2 locations only...but which two..ahahah ?? ,This tim hortons, is a good place to go if you want fresh, friendly and fast services.Thier line up sometimes for this particular store. Has lines ups out their location door or sometimes in to multiple aisle, but very clean and organized.Drive thru is always packed. But for good reason. And they are fast for how long the line looks.They have a high volume of staff.The baker , hes is always so nice and so funny.always smiling .he makes it always fresh , all the time. and always a replenished display case .This tim Horton's just overall has a good environment , thier fast, its fresh and thier friendly.What more could you want ?I definitely recommend this tim Horton's.
Slowest Tim Hortons in Burlington always a line up and even when there isn't you still wait! Hire more staff
Ordered a mobile order. Waited over 10 minutes and wasn’t done. The cashier fought with me over my order and was incredibly rude. Once my order was *finally* made, she wouldn’t even give it to me, she made someone else give me my order even though she was right there. Made me late for work
The worst service ever.They have the worst customer service and wait time.They never care about the one who waits and after waiting you get double salt in egg and cheese instead of salt and pepper.They really need to improve a lot.
