I only come to this location because it’s beside my workplace.. usually my order is correct but I have to mention that the lady Sue working at the drive thru has the WORST costumer service. I come almost everyday and She always looks absolutely miserable, doesn’t say hi.. doesn’t say anything at ALL and literally hands me my food as if I have personally offended her. I understand it can be a high stress job, but Bad customer service makes a huge difference, maybe Train your staff to be a friendly human being.

Anytime I go to this location for my lunch or breakfast. I feel positive & always have a great experience because the staff is very friendly & their Customer service is phenomenal.This place hasA huge dine-in spaceSeparate washrooms(wheel-chair not accesible)Also Pizza-Pizza on the other side(Tims Drive-thru available)I recommend this placeIf you like the picCheck IG @jas._.pics

Broken iced capp machine. Long drive thru. No sign saying the machine is broken. Maybe do the small things to help not upset your customers. 10min in a line up only to have your time wasted is a joke. But also they probably would have messed up my order like they did the 2 times I stopped by last week. I'm done with this location and their sketchy parking lot.

Past couple weeks it's taken 15-20 minutes to serve about 6 cars every morning,Service at this location has always been slow but seems especially disastrous lately, starting today we feel better to head to alternate businesses like mcdonalds

Three times my wife has had to make mention of the fact that employees are handling money and food with the same gloves. Not just touching the food bags but the actual food.

Coffee was perfect as well as my Turkey Bacon sandwich.Great job.Thank you

The service was good and it was quick the staff members were very friendly. The store is generally clean but the window sills were very dirty and they had a lot of gross food in them it looks like they don't get clean to often. I visited twice in a few days and there was no difference. The washroom was fresh and the floors look good but there needs to be a little more attention to detail. I would return to this location but I do recommend that they give it a little bit of a deeper cleaning.

If I could give 0 stars, I would....consistently poor service. Staff are rude and when I ask why my order was charged wrong, or my points were not able to be used toward my purchase, I am repeatedly told that there is nothing they can do, and they refer me to the website. Terrible service, not once or twice but ALL OF THE TIME. Avoid at all costs.

Came to order a London fog and it tasted like hot milk with soap…. So I turn around to return to them and get another tea and honestly was the worst London fog I ever had… no thanks bye bye

They take the order, charge you and then let you know they don't have the item and if you like to choose something different! Finally you paid for what you didn't order.
