Definitely has to be the worst Tim Hortons I have ever experienced. Very impatient staff at window just scanned my point card once and keep telling me my point card doesn't work. I have it scanned here every weekday how all of sudden it is not working. it's their machine doesn't work but instead the staff keep pushing me asking how I want to pay, I want to redeem my coffee! I used to understand they are in a rush or busy but this time not any more so rude these guys.

I went through drive through ordering two sausage English muffins, I was told they don't have that even though it was on the menu. After clarifying that I'm ordering breakfast sandwich and NOT chocolate chip muffins, I was greeted with just one at the window and when asked where's my second one, there were some confusion from the staff and eventually told me "sorry, we only have one sausage left. That's probably why we only made one". I mean you couldn't have told me that when I ordered? Anyway, McDonald is pretty close to this place. I'm not going back again.

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of stopping here once a week for the last 3 weeks. Every experience was bad. Staff were rude and yelling at each other. Extremely long lines, both inside and drive through. Food and coffee either left on the counter without telling the person what it is or whose it is, or it’s almost thrown at you. I will not be back.

Worst Tim hortons ever. I ordered bagel and they took 15mins for it. That is okay when store is too busy. I found a piece of chicken into bagel and that is not acceptable. This is not a first time, they never made any of my order correctly, One day they gave me a bagel without a butter. Poor management and not a team work at all.

Their latte machine is permanently down, so no lattes, London Fogs, etc. at this location.

Quoting another review because literally the exact same thing has happened to me here now.“Have sat in line over 15 minutes multiple times now just to be told at the pick up window (not speaker) that they don’t have the food/drinks I have ordered. The staff needs to figure out what stock they have and tell people when they try to order it and not after they have sat in line. This is not the first time this has happened, complete waste of time.”HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE TO WORK HERE.

This place used to be amazing, so much so that I went here everyday. Now I only come here when I am desperate and have no time to stop at another location.The quality dropped significantly, along with the customer service and order directions.The orders would take forever, often be messed up and incorrectly made.Today I set a pick up order, I started it when I was 10 minutes away from arriving with the order to be prepared within 5 minutes.I arrived to pick up my order that stated it would be finished at 3:03. I walk in and there are 5 people behind the counterdoing nothing with only one person working. (There was 3 other mobile orders to be done, 2 people waiting inside to be addressed and 1 car.) Yet only 1 worker out of the 5 was actually making the coffees while everyone else stood around.I waited hoping to be addressed, 3:07 came and my order of 2 coffees and a muffin still wasn't ready.I asked the lady that was standing around if my order was prepared because I start work at 3:15.It wasn't, so they started the order last minute.I didn't leave with my order till it was 3:11, and ended up being late for work.Then I try the coffee and it wasn't even made right.Absolutely disappointed, especially to go from the best Timmies to the worse.You can do better!

I went inside for a quick tea as the drive thru had a long line up. There were 2 other people waiting since before me for someone to take their order and I could see the staff chatting behind the counter but no one bothered to attend the customers. The moment I asked the staff to have someone take the order, there was this lady who gave me a very bad and discriminative look. And then she took the order of a customer who came in line after me. I just didn’t want to spoil my mood talking or saying anything to her but this was the last time I visited this location. I hope that the management looks into this and trains the staff. But for today it was pathetic customer service.

This has to be the worst run Tim Hortons ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Every weekend when i go to work and stop, they never have steep tea available and at least 2 -3 times during the week. They give you coffee instead of tea and you don't notice till you get to work. Management needs to be fired for sure!!!!! I will never again go to this location again and i think everyone should do the same!! B.S.!!!!!!!

I think I'll start using the mobile app for even a quick coffee. I rarely use drive thru so I don't waste gas sitting. However in the shop so many times the resources seem to be heavily loaded towards serving drive thru and mobile pick up. You end up waiting the longest when you go unside. Annoying!
