Have been to Tim's all over Canada & USA. Today I had a service that was an utter disappointment, to put it mildly. We were a party of 8. The Bagel was burnt black. The coffees were mixed up. The order was mixed up. Some of it was not served, had to go to the counter again and ask them to complete it. I had friends with me; they were less than impressed.Won't be going here again.
I visited yesterday and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and an icecap. My wrap was barely grilled. Cheese inside was not melted and cold. I would have asked for a remake but had to start work In 10 minutes. Fast forward now 1230 am Thursday( I visited Wednesday around 330) I'm now experiencing excruciating stomach pain.... hoping it's.not food poisoning as that wrap was the first thing I had eaten yesterday. Store was cleaner today then I have seen it in previous days I've visited.
The staff were amazing and the portions were perfect at this location! I wish we lived closer! Good job staff!

I think this is one of the most comfortable coffee retreats in Burlington.I go there quite often because the staff remember my preferences and make me laugh.Also, the owner is friendly and in touch.BRAVO!
This place is so understaffed it's practically ran by kids that are too young to be girl scouts.Long wait, but kids are doing well so I'm happy for them.
I did not find the shop clean at all in this visit. The staff should be more careful. There were food crumbs on the floor. I did not like it.
This time when I went for coffee it was not clean.
Had to wait in line for over 10 minutes (on a Sunday afternoon with only 2 people in front of me when I got in line) just to order a 20 pack of Timbits. The woman who served was not the least bit friendly. Definitely the worst Timmie's I've ever been to.
