One of our faves, always excellent food and service

Very flexible burger and Salad menu. Took a gamble with elderly mum and was not disappointed. Fresh ingredients, great beer and friendly staff made for a great luncheon experience.

A little weird but pretty good stuff! Impossible burger had an unusual but not unpleasant... spice rub? I'm not sure. The bottomless part of the fries was unnecessary, you get a lot and they're pretty good. All the toppings were fresh and crispy.

Had the "I'm not spicy I'm picante" burger. It was delicious. Also had a Ceasar Samba, one of the best Cesars I have had

Good was good and beer was great. Ordered a burger with fries. Took almost an hour to get our food and there were not many people in the restaurant. Had to ask where it was, and it was luke warm when it arrived. Didn't have time to eat as we were late for a meeting. Too bad. Could have been better service so we could enjoy the meal.

Great service, the burger was great, nice portions.

absolutely ? great food ? great price lunch special and taboot non stop beverages and fries ? ?

Amazing burgers, great service, clean and family friendly. Great music always playing too.The burgers patty and topping options are pretty incredible and nearly endless. My kids love the food here too! That’s always a win ?

The food was delicious and the servings were huge. There is a decent selection of plant-based options. The service was okay, but expect some wait.

I went to The Works yesterday and didn't really enjoy myself. The server was friendly but we had issues with our food. I understand supply chains are not the best right now so it's fine that they were out of avocado, and lemon, and other things. It was a long wait, but I totally understand since it was so busy. However, I was nonplussed when my veggie burger came without any lettuce. I had asked for onion in the burger and it was literally just one ring of onion. My burger just had the veggie patties, one onion ring and egg. My boyfriend's Burger came with mayo but mine didn't. When I asked for some lettuce and onion to add to my burger, the server came back with lettuce and tomato but no onion. It wasn't worth the wait to try to get her attention again to ask for onion again. We both also found the hotter than hell sauce was very sweet. My burger was dry and sad, the spicy die-cut chips were soft and not crisp, and I'm quite disappointed. I don't think I'll be back here because they're supposed to be able to make good burgers here. Who serves a burger without lettuce unless the person asks for no lettuce? We spent over $50 for two burgers and one of them required me to build my own burger. I was also confused because we had two different servers come by and ask if they could take the condiments to other tables while we were eating. They don't have enough ketchup and mustard bottles for their tables?
