Made an online order today expecting it to be correct. They forgot the egg I paid extra for and the extra dressing. I didn’t notice until I got home and actually opened it to eat. Annoyed as I should be getting the items I actually pay for. Taste good otherwise.

I know food can be a difficult business, finding good staff is most important.
Very inconsistent bowls. Always add rice for more money and half the time it’s forgotten. My bowl should come with avocado, half the time it’s not added. Think I’ve spoken to 2 friendly staff out of the 20+ times I’ve been there, otherwise very unfriendly. Only place close I like to pick up a nice salad bowl. Unsure when I’ll be back because of the lack of quality service and lack of consistency in bowl and add ons I pay extra money for. This is coming from someone who’s worked in the serving industry for 9+ years.
