Great coffee, amazing staff, great atmosphere
The baking was fresh, however it was late and the selection was limited on a Sunday morning (I found that odd). They opened at 8:00 but no baking available until 8:30. The server was unfriendly. This cafe has a good reputation but our experience did not match the reputation. It maybe that they are suffering the general problem in the service industry where front line workers are fatigued by all the demands of Covid with poor compensation. This is a good argument for an increase to minimum wage.

Owner ignored public health orders and making unfounded claims that mask wearing can be worse than having covid. Unpleasant overhead lighting and cramped spacing.
Cappuccino was quite good but I must say their ambience was great. The back door opens to European market which has a great set up. Sitting there while enjoying coffee was the one of the best things to enjoy in Burlington ♥️
