"No hot Sauce available"....This is another way owners finding a way to cheap out...this is the 4th KFC/Taco store have this message. It's not true, they are NOT out of this sauce, they just don't want to purchase more to provide to customers.I'm sure KFC and TACO corporate offices don't know what these owners are doing and how they are damaging the reputation of these big companies...
They did get the order right and followInstructions …. But $7 for a tiny little burrito! That is insane! Much better off getting a triple size burrito for pretty much the same money from burrito boyz. This location is charging high prices but giving tiny portions compared to other locations. Staff were friendly but wow come on guys I just spent over $50 for not much food. You may think you are saving money and making more profit by giving customers smaller portions, but all you are doing is losing customers. It’s advisable to rethink this approach.
Always get my order wrong, I’m always missing something.I literally just got home from getting my food and there’s stuff missing. And I found a hard piece of chicken in my fries.. Never fill the fries up with fries or the cheese. Workers also have to speak up because I can never hear them. And my Big Crunch is literally so pink inside. So disgusting. I’m not exaggerating
TERRIBLE WOMAN AT COUNTER! she refused to add extra cheese… said that location doesn’t do that even tho every location adds extra nacho cheese for a buck twenty five, but oh well save your money. It was such an awkward experience the gentleman who helped everyone after us seemed way more pleasant

7.00 for 1 soft taco!! We bought 2 and I refuse to eat it, so sloppy and gross looking but 15.00 just for 2 soft tacos!! No combo eitherDisgusting and expensiveWhatever happen to buying them for like 2.00?
Tasted ok but they totally messed up on the order. Missed a meal in the bag. Was too late to go back ( of course). Called them they recognized the error and not even an apology. Said they would give us a credit for the same meal another time.Bare minimum customer service.
It pains me to give a Taco Bell anything less than a 5 but there’s just no heart here. Food is just slammed together, burritos look like they’re sized for babies and no pico de gallo? Come on.
Placed an order for pickup. Every single thing in my order was right, and it was extensive - I have picky children! Food was so great! Thanks so much. Will be back.
