My chicken dinner was delivered with little rice and the dip was thrown in the box and rice was crushed. I ordered coconut pie and it was delivered upside and crushed. This is disgusting, no one would answer the phone to speak with a manager after two calls thru customer service and connected to the store no one answered the phone. Take my advice it’s a waste of money, the restaurant does not care. Swiss chalet you should be ashamed of this service. Don’t waste your money.
Went to Swiss Chalet for my birthday dinner! We had Amy as a server and she was so sweet! Very kind and she has a warm, friendly smile! Food was amazing and well priced!
Just had the best service! Its busy, its Friday and just had the friendliest mother son duo. Son was so polite and friendly and the mom was just super nice. Def enjoyed my experience here tonight.

Our waitress Amy was amazing, super friendly. The food came out fast and tasted great. Had a Shirley Temple for nostalgic reasons and it was great! Will definitely keep coming back!
It was nice to get back to the restaurant scene. The owner Claudia was very welcoming. We were allowed to take our time as it was our first time out in a while. The servers were also very friendly and not rushing.Would definitely come back again!
Never tire of coming to this location with my good friend when l am visiting Burlington .Another great meal. Great ribs, great chicken, delicious dessert and as usual great waitress.Perfect!
One of best Swiss chalet and Harvey’s I have been too, friendly staff and awesome service.The manager Shawn has ensured that customers are treated with courtesy and respect. Adding to this he jumped into the line to help his colleagues finish up the building line quick and clear and snappy. He was also explaining his customers and talking to them to make them feel it like home and that experience is rarely seen in restaurants in nowadays
One adult and three kids under 8. Could've been a disaster, but all four of us had fun! Amy, our server, was so so so patient and understanding with our chaos. They brought toys for the kids so I could actually eat in peace for a few moments.It's not fancy food, but that's not what you come to a Swiss chalet for :)
