Went today to get a "Sub of the day" which was Monday's Over Roasted Chicken. In line and realized that they took the chicken breast (if you can call it that) and sliced it down the middle to make two REALLY thin pieces. I don't believe that the Franchisee is allowed to do that.... I won't be back ?**Update after Owner response**Looks exactly the same as the old oven roasted chicken but just sliced into two halves with the grill marks on one side only and now even smaller. It also tastes exactly the same as the oven roasted chicken. If that is what you we're going for by rolling out this "new" chicken breast then you guys nailed it ?
Go across the street to Mr.Sub. The male employee in the back will yell in indian to the girl making the sub while I'm trying to order talking over me and she was getting distracted. Completely rude in my opinion. Wait until I'm done ordering before you distract the other employees.
I'm Giving 5 Stars because of Vunshiku. She's amazing we only come in when she's in and she treats us like Family, knows our order by heart and its always so Happy. She's a keeper and every Sub way should have an Emp Like her. She's the Best Thank you
Best subway location ever in Burlington. they always have fresh vegetables and staff are amazing. I did catering couple of times and were amazing.
The staff is always so friendly, I order here quite regularly usually at least once a week and almost always order online for pick up. Food is always tasty and ready when I get there. Fantastic location and would 10/10 recommend.
Do not like to cook bread when they are out, would rather force customers to eat bread that they have already cooked to run out of supply. Would not suggest this location, constantly dissappointed. Employee in back doing absolutely nothing while no extra bread is being cooked.
Food is good. Removal of tables, chairs for Covid has made movement awkward at the ordering counter. Staff has distance from customers but the shuffling to order and pay is less than Covid friendly for others.
We use this subway at least once a week, and usually order online. The orders are always accurate and ready when they say they will be. Really friendly staff at this location as well!
The service was great and fresh sub to go with that....I got a foot long Tuna sub and A Veggie sub.
They are fast, but it's because it felt like things are rushed too quickly. Wasn't asked what kind of cheese I wanted, and I had to repeat things a couple of times as it seemed the server wasn't too focused. Veggies were almost empty with the dregs left in them - had to request some fresh looking ones for the two sandwiches. Don't think I'll be coming back to this location.
