Will never go to Starbucks again. Why does my consumer experience have to have political messages shoved down my throat. It's a store, keep it that way. Absolutely ridiculous.
I had Swiss double punkin latte spice with foam hint of cinnamon cheddar bar back open loan moka of love but they mixed my order up and gave me a coffee
Ordered a drink via starbucks app. Waited for 15+ minutes while I watched all the other customers that arrived after me get their drinks and leave. The barista finally asked what I had ordered and then they made it wrong. Awful!
Incredibly kind staff - every time I visit it's top notch service. Today there was a minor mixup regarding a drink and they resolved it with no issues whatsoever! Our favourite Starbucks location in the Burlington Area!
Awful quality beverages. Drinks are always made incorrectly and it does not appear that the baristas know the drink recipes.

The store is located at the side of Indigo Burlington Centre. I have been to this store a few times and it's like the usual Starbucks store. The store is clean and the staff are very energetic and friendly. They have a few tables inside and outside the store where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee. Some of the tables are unavailable to make sure everyone is following physical distancing rules.Pre-Covid, you could buy a book from Indigo and sit down at Starbucks and enjoy both your coffee and the book , but now, they're separated and you cannot access the Starbucks from inside the store.

Great location, I like that it’s attached to Indigo. The nitro cold brew is one of the reasons I love it so much! Staff is also very friendly and polite every time.
