Visited the Starbucks in Waterdown, they are always very friendly. Love visiting this location.

Very poor customer service. No one has any manners. No one says, "please," nor "thank-you." Not even a "hello," before taking your order. They just stare at you, expecting you to say something.

Staff are very slow in making orders. I ordered my coffee online. Had to wait over 30 minutes in line to get my drink. Then they made my vanilla latte as a cold drink even though I ordered a hot one. Had to wait again for it to be remade. Given the high price they charge for their drinks, you would expect the service to be better. They should perhaps take a lesson from Tim Horton's. They're service is way faster and the coffee is cheaper
I ordered a “short” (small) double double and the only thing he got right was the short part. I knew I should have waited at my fav, Tim H

The staff are amazing especially Jasmine and Lana. They are always timely and when they are busy, always seem to make you forgot that you’re waiting by chatting. Friendly conversation and friendly staff.
