Love the size (big) of this location. Parking lot is generally busy. Like any Starbucks speed and quality is inconsistent. My biggest beef is not having your drink called out when it's a mobile order. They used to say hello and you knew at that point your drink would be brought to your attention.
Stopped by this location on my way back to Toronto thought I would get my coffee for the drive I did a Moblie order I go to pick up the drink and the staff had his whole hand on top of my cup flat on top of it right on the whole where you sip from obviously he was looking for someone order But come on touch the side of the cup that’s not sanitary at all i for sure didn’t drink that coffee
The Starbucks at Fairview and Walkers is one of the WORST I have ever experienced. There is zero organization, customer service is non-existent, and the team cares more about their own “fun” (as per their words) than getting the job done. Waited more than 20 minutes for a coffee. This place is more about kids playing coffee shop than a serious business. Never returning!
The drink is usually made properly. Staff seem like they are constantly unwilling to help and overwhelmed. I have overheard the baristas a few times say that they feel overworked, and they do not seem to speak nicely to each other...I have seen reviews of this location pointing this out too so hopefully someone in management takes action soon for the customer AND employee's sake
Awful, awful establishment. On more than one occasion I've witnessed employees bullying a fellow employee. Extremely put off by this childish, unacceptable behaviour and will not be coming back. I hope that the barista is okay and is able to find a better workplace.
Extremely rude staff. Quite obvious they don’t wish to be there. I travel quite a bit and have visited countless SB locations throughout North America. After visiting this location a handful of times, must admit it’s probably the worst customer service ever experienced. Go up the street and avoid.
Dining area is fully closed on March 6. Reason: we are short staffed. Refused to sell me coffee inside (drive thru or mobile order only). Tried to do a mobile order — the app was sending me to another store. Had to go thru drive thru. Worst buying experience ever…
Most weird store I have ever been to, came in today to pick up a cup of coffee and the lady said that they’re only open for online orders And drive-through, so I went back to my car and I order my cup of coffee, five minutes later I went in to get my coffee and I asked her how come they were the only Starbucks that I know of that is not doing in person ordering and she said that’s because they don’t have enough staff then I look around and there are four people working actively in the shop and there are three sitting in the chairs so there’s seven people there but somehow they don’t have enough staff to run the coffee shop somewhat normally. Very bizarre, the coffee was good the staff was not very friendly but I guess under the circumstances everybody stressed out.
Came in to get my free birthday drink. Found out dine in is a lie and the reason why I will not be returning to this Starbucks. They do not allow you to order over the counter. At least have a sign to let your customers know before they decide to drive in to park at a location that takes forever to get out of.
Walked in the place and was going to order then the barista girl said mobile or drive thru only! I asked how I go about using my b-day offer! She said “once again! Drive thru or mobile only or go down the street to another store! I was shocked and went back to my car. All I could think was what a b****! And went to the drive thru where the girl was very friendly.Fairview store in Burlington!
