Great location! Was visiting Burlington for a competition at the Performing Art Centre. The staff were very friendly, patient, and welcoming. They double checked my order to make sure they got it right. The baristas have friendly banter that you as the customer just want to be a part of.
Noisy and pleasant experience. Staff such as Sabby were fast and friendly. It was busy but they got my order first and right the first time. I couldn't ask for more. Store has a good layout and is usually busy with school kids but it wasn't rowdy. Loud enough to be upbeat but not too loud that you can't hear yourself think. Food and drink was spot on. For a small location its got good outdoor and indoor seating though accessibility is a bit tight. Parking is across the street and possibly behind the building, west and east of Brant.

While this Starbucks is very nice in terms of decor I do have one complaint, I asked one of the employees to put 34 shots of espresso and I only saw her out 33, this in truly unacceptable. I threw the drink on the floor and screamed unti my face turned red, then she had the audacity to kick me out, I banged on the windows and the police had to come #injustice
I feel this location is never consistent. They seem to be able to change the hours of operation at anytime.This makes no sense to me seeing their showing as open until 9:30 pm Monday through Saturday and 9:00 pm on Sunday’s. This to me is a disservice to Starbucks client’s. And when you call and ask there is no explanation for it! Very disappointed.

I went to this Starbucks on New Years Day. Around 1-2pm. The male cashier was PHENOMENAL. As a previous partner, this individual went above and beyond with their customer service. The young man deserves recognition, a true example of a fantastic experience. Wishing them all the best.
