Honestly quite disappointed with South St, the customer service has really dropped, flavor is mediocre for the cost and finally my daughter ordered a "cheese cake" well what she received was a frozen cake that she has to use 2 hands to eat. Oh and the cake was $10 a slice... when I asked the restaurant owner/staff she said I should microwave it.... ??? Anyways won't be coming back and if you're thinking of it I'd say a McDonald's burger with cake would probably do you better.... really quite sad.

Horrible customer service!!! Never step foot into this place!!! Lady took my order, went to the grill, with the same glove grabbed raw meat to place on the grill, then proceeded to make the sandwich using the saaaaame glove... Disgusting!!! Also took her 15minutes to bring a slice of cheesecake from god knows where, as she disappeared in the back... using the same glove stillllll!!!! Shocking how some peaple could have such little regard for common sense.

We have gone there twice in the past two weeks and they have done an amazing job for us. The first week they cooked everything fresh and made us it correctly. Yesterday, I was close by so I wanted to order in advance to do a carry out order. Even though they do not offer that service they did me a favour and the food was ready and tasted great! Keep up the wonderful customer service and great tasting food!

Wow! Best burger I ever had! I appreciated the flavor, multiple free toppings, and option of muti grain bun. Great service too! Delicious!

I've ordered many times in the past from South Street and had no problems. But after tonight I have to post.I ordered using skip the dishes and picked up my order.Southern fried chicken was not cooked and could not be eaten, onion rings were missing, my burger was missing the cheddar cheese which cost extra and the mayo.Called the restaurant and they said to try and get a refund through skip the dishes. I went on the skip the dishes app for support contact. After 4-5 different contact people reviewing my order details for over an hour they offered $24.57 in refund on a $100 order. When you mess up an order so bad and you waste so much of people's time a 25% discount doesn't even begin to cover it.Pathetic both by the restaurant and by skip the dishes. Such poor customer service.

We ordered burgers and half the toppings supposed to be on burger were MIA sad fries were cold and burgers not much warmer customer beware

Was here before the closing time, the order was punched in but was not served any food by this employee. What I was said was the grills are closed, if you don't wanna serve anyone before the closing time then why keep the Open Store sign up on the door and why is the store closed before the scheduled time? The experience was not at all good. I would now think twice before recommending this location to anyone else. Being denied service is not acceptable. You guys have to work more on Customer Satisfaction as well! Would have given zero stars if that was an option.

Disgusting customer service, walked it in and saw the cashier cleaning the table without her mask on, then she immediately put her back mask on and slowly walk over the cashier when I was waiting for her. There were no greeting whatsoever. She has no sense of urgency and no attention to detail, when I told her about the order clearly slowly and precisely, she did not repeat what I say and instead ask me what do I like to order, sounds like she's daydreaming and didn't want to work here.When she got the entire order, she did not give my receipt nor having the courtesy to thank their customers. She did not try to upsell the new product waffle fries, and I noticed after I pay for the meal, I asked her if I can upgrade and she said noAfter getting the meal she did not include a straw for my drink or thank me. I stayed in my car to eat and wrote this, as I was eating and finishing up my burger, I just remember she was using her gloves to touch the front of her mask, and that is completely disgusting because the amount of bacteria and viruses that stays on the front of the mask are just unthinkable.I really hope the store manager or owner sees this as the employee does not provide a positive attitude and friendly environment for their customers. It feels like I owe her something, and she don't need this job.

Unfortunately, this time around the burger was very dried, half of the topping with missing and had no sauce (i.e. signature sauce) and the onion ring was a total mess use hard and dried as well. Mindful, that this was only the second time I had order from this place. The first time was f*k amazing when I first tried. #Whatwentwrong #B.Y.O.B.B

Really bad service, we stood there waiting to order for take out and no one attended us for minutes (even thought they saw we were waiting). When we were about to leave someone came and took the order. .While there waiting for our order to be ready, another couple walked in and waited for minutes and stormed out cursing them......the employee looked worried for a split second then. Went onto chatting with each other.They forgot to add lettuce in one of the burger so I had to go back and ask them to add lettuce.lok
