When in for a coffee at about 5 p.m. usually its always top notch like Next Level coffee which is why I always go here But unfortunately this was very bad off taste and some how watery at the same time. Not sure what happened. This also happened last week as well. I really hope the formula hasn't changed because it used to be the best coffee in town which im always telling people about. Now its undrinkable. Going to try coming in at a different time?♀️?♂️
The drive through is so slow. Waited 15 mins with one car in front... no apology for the wait time or thank you for waiting ... just poor customer service.
Went in on Sunday ordered a coffee and a cookie to go it was all good till paying. Their machine glitched at the time of pay ( I tapped ) it registered on my end but did not on theirs , I was the. Met with I need to pay again .. well I did because I wasn’t leaving with out product that I paid for and the two girls behind the desk handed me a receipt showing I paid but was left with two charges to my card . I went back 24 hrs like I was told and talked to Claire well she called the owner and it again went down hill from their I have been told to wait a week then come back … I shouldn’t have to wait a week for a refund on a second order I didn’t get . I called again this morning girl answers tells me she’s supervisor on shift , she has no idea what’s even going on so good communication there, I explain what has happened and what iv been told and again she asks for my name and number and told I’ll be called back … wait another day I assume if I hear nothing I’ll be going higher up! He’s a franchised owner he has someone he has to answer to and his amazing customer service he gives needs to be questioned !How do you dispute two charges AND IV SHOWED MY BANKING account to the girls there and I shouldn’t have to as it is private information and I’m still being treated like I’m trying to take from them even tho THEY OWE MEI’ll never use this location or any other second cup location again Canadian owned or not
Although not impressed with the actual owner of this establishment, he is redeemed by his wonderful staff, who know how to deliver quality customer service, unlike the owner. The owner should sit down with his staff and ask them to train him on perfecting customer service. (I had purchased a gift card for my Daughter of $20 but when she went to use it, it had not been activated - he would not honour it although I had the debit receipt to prove I had just purchased it prior to xmas - in the end Head Office redeemed it). The only reason I frequent this coffee shop is because #1 it is Canadian and #2 the staff are very friendly. I order a lot of home delivery and love the personal notes thanking me for my support of their shop! I phoned to ask for extra whip today on my delivery order and they fulfilled that with no problem.
I Came all the way from North Burlington to get White Hot chocolate. I had Asked them 3 times to make sure it's white, and they said yes.got all the why home home and guess what they gave me!!?? Sure wasn't what i ordered. I'm guessing they wanted to leave so much they weren't paying attention.. seeing as it was closing time. NOT COOL

Ordered a large ice coffee in the drive through, got to the window and was handed a hot coffee. I said I had ordered an ice coffee, and was told sorry, no problem. A few minutes later I was handed what looked like an ice coffee. As I drove away I realized that they had just simply dumped the hot coffee into the plastic cup over ice. The drink was warm and the ice melted away in a few seconds. Not exactly the flash cold brew advertised. Totally surprised to see this at a “higher end” coffee shop.UPDATE - emailed the company on Oct 7th as per the copy and paste response below, as well as a follow up email on Oct 14th. Received no response at all.
Went there 3 times the first I got a pumpkin Mocha with oat milk service was on point love the drink so much came back again and it was downhill from there. Ordered the same drink service was terrible the drink didn't taste the same but decided to give it another chance..nope was even worse I didn't even get the drink I ask for and they took forever. So am done with this place.
Excellent service, very professional and great taste with quality. This is one of the best second cup I have been. Drive through has some disadvantage as the drive way is short and cannot accommodate more than 5/6 car, rest has to be on the road.
Second cup is my favourite coffee shop ever! A very nice young girl helped us, & she was so friendly! Best coffee too!
