We had been here on a Saturday and because the restaurant was booked by a huge group, there was a wait time. We were told it would be around 45 minutes and we chose to wait as it was already 0845 pm and there was no point going anywhere else.Luckily we got a table in 15 minutes. We ordered fish pakora, chicken hariyali kabab, Prince of Indian Chicken Main course, roti and naans. The food was fantastic and was super tasty. The chicken was soft and tender and the fish pakora was succulent. We all loved it.Price point is okayish. Ambience is good. Staff is very polite.Definitely recommending this place to our friends.
My wife and I have had both lunch and dinner multiple times from this restaurant dining in, taking out as well as getting food delivered. I have to say this is hands down one of the best places for authentic north Indian food I have eaten at in the entire GTA. The food always tastes great and is fresh. The service while dining in is amazing. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
Very Good food and top of that very nice service, the lady upfront have very impressive hospitality etiquettes.Surely recommending this place. Cheers
It is truly a hidden gem. The food is impeccable. The service is great. I have eaten many times when I come into Burlington and each time I actually get excited about dining here not to mention I love authentic Indian food. The prices are very reasonable considering you are getting real food cooked by a chef that knows what they are doing when it comes to taste and spices. The server is very professional and polite ... and knowledgeable about what they serve. Just ask.
Delicious food, great variety. The best part about this place is the service, our server was so upbeat, pleasant and nice to talk to! She was super efficient, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, and was very nice to our child. The food itself was excellent, we had à la carte this time, will definitely be going back for the buffet.
Amazing experience, Do you walk in from the outside and he’s like a different world, Paradise, you made to feel like you’re home, top of the line service, I could only take, takeout but what I had was magnificent. Thank you for an amazing lunch, I looking forward to coming in for dinner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Have been to Prince of India no less than half a dozen times and the hostess here is always full of energy! Its always a delight to be greeted and served by someone so hospitable! Food has been consistently good no matter what we order, only a couple times some dishes felt a little too salty (rogan josh for example) but then with plain rice it got balanced evenly.
The place with nice infrastructure, warm welcoming staff although there was only one girl at the time of visit :). But she managed very patiently and was so nice. The vibe about the place is something professional. Like the serving style etc. were so well managed. Eventually, thanks for the onion salad on our demand? wish could have vinegar in it too. Especially, dal makhni was so delicious…..
Everything about this place is amazing. The people who work here, the cooks, the atmosphere (when indoor dining is allowed), and of course the food. The waitress who works here, I don’t know her name, but she is absolutely amazing. She is just THE sweetest person you’ll ever meet. She restores my faith in humanity everytime I come here. The food is always incredible, always tasty, fresh and full of flavour. There’s a handful of vegan options, the onion bhajis are my absolute favourite and I have the utmost faith and trust in Prince Of India when it comes to the knowledge of food restrictions, they ask how spicy you want your dish (mild, medium or spicy) and they really do give great sized portions. You even get a discount on your meal when you dine in, which is such a nice bonus. I recommend Prince Of India to everyone I talk to, quite literally. If you’re looking for authentic food, and even further, authentic people, this is the place.
WOWWWWW - I thought the place I’ve been ordering from was great. Placed my first order here last week and I think it’s the best Indian food I’ve ever had - and I’m a big fan of Indian cuisine. Prices aren’t the lowest I’ve seen but sometimes it’s worth paying more when the food is that good. I had the vegetable planner biryani, butter paneer, Chana masala, mango salad and naan. Best mango salad I’ve ever tasted! Flavour was perfect in everything. Every item was delicious. Will definitely be taking advantage of their pickup discounts during the current lockdown and I expect to become their newest regular customer. Nb - service was also amazing, even though it was a pickup order. Friendly, helpful, no problems answering any of my questions about their menu. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Edit to add - also really happy with the huge selection of meatless choices. So often if you don’t want meat, you don’t have much to choose from. Thank you for providing so many options for vegetarian customers!
