Horrible. Waited for 40+ mins at the restaurant after the scheduled pickup time. No compensation or complementary anything for the hassle and wasted time.
Worst pizza , i am ordering from pizza pizza many years, never had such a tasteless pizza . Negligible amount of toppings, no chilli flakes , no oregano, olive oil ( asked specifically). Think twice before ordering
Dough is not pizza pizza quality as before same with sause. Pizza is off of pizza pizza quality. Must bring up flour to before pizza pizza original dough and sause. I check all over pizza pizza they r not taste as before. Not please with pizza pizza. They should work on they sause more and real dough. Real one no mix up cheap stuff dough. Really missing old taste and quality.

We have ordered pizza from this location weekly for 3 months and this has been our last. Delivery came to our house but the delivery man would not come to the door like all delivery people in the past. We were waiting in the front hall because we saw the car pull up and he just sat there and eventually drove away. We called back to have it redelivered and when the driver came back, he said that he knocked on the door and was standing there but we never came. What a liar. We were standing in the front hall looking at him sit in his car. They also wouldn't honour the time guarantee as they said it was our fault. And this was 1hr and 30 mins after we ordered. Will never be ordering from Pizza Pizza again.
My order arrived incomplete and was missing items. I had ordered online, so a chat window was available to communicate with customer service. They confirmed the missing items would be sent out immediately. Over an hour later still no delivery. I called customer service to inquire and they indicated they would credit my file… no refund! the order outside the missing items was not satisfactory, tasted bad, not hot, overall bad experience! Go elsewhere!!
