Just Placed a late night pickup order. The guy was quite busy yet made the best pizza ever. Really crispy and well done, exactly the way I wanted. ??
The restaurant is fine, routinely cannot follow simple delivery instructions though. Always proceed to bang on the door and ring the door bell even though instructions are entered with the order. Also, drivers will complain about the amount of tip they receive.
Poor location. Pizza was undercooked, toppings were sloppy, and overall just a bad pizza. Didn't even finish it. You know it's bad when that happens.
Ordered a pizza 30 mins before close and they burnt half of it.
I went there round 10pm ish. The price is the same as at any other pizza pizza. My order was :Cheese PizzaTopping: Black olives, jalapenos and extra cheeseWedges smallWell the estimated wait time was 20 mins. But he almost burnt the pizza cause he was on his phone. We are lucky that he didn't and it tasted good. The wedges hadn't even started cooking yet because again he was on his phone. Keep in mind it was a personal phone so definitely not taking an order. I'd rate the pizza a 5/5 it was good. The wedges well... They were burnt. Some of the prices were well cooked while the others were burnt. So if you are getting just a pizza from this store go ahead. You'll love this place. But the customer service and time management is questionable. So if that doesn't bother you I'd definitely recommend going to this place.
First time I've ordered from this store or restaurant. Took 80 minutes and arrived cold. Waiting for it to warm up in the oven now. No matter how good it turns out to be - if it does turn out to be good - won't use this store again.
This location deserves 0 stars. What a disgrace to the Pizza Pizza brand!Last 2 times I've visited, they've messed up my order and when you tell them, the manager/owner is rude and argues with you. The employees don't know which ingredients are unavailable until after you've paid for your order. Never expect an apology for their mistakes, instead be prepared to get yelled at. Like you'll get an actual scolding if you say anything is wrong with your pizza!Horrible, horrible customer service. Absolute worst experience at a restaurant.
I went here on January 10th with my boyfriend and our experience was awful. I went in looking to order the new plant-based burger as well as their plant-based nuggets, which I never thought would’ve been an issue because I ordered the same thing from another Pizza Pizza restaurant. The initial ordering process was very difficult. The girl tending to us hardly spoke English, which is not her fault don’t get me wrong, it just made the process very hard as it took 10 minutes to order 3 things, which just added pointless time to our order. We ordered 3 burgers and one set of nuggets (all vegan), and only got 2 burgers and one set of nuggets. We weren’t mischarged but the cashier was unable to understand our requests clearly so she got them incorrect. At this point, it had already been 15 minutes and our food hadn’t even been beginning to cook. Once our food finally gets cooking, the girl is assembling our burgers and reaches into a plastic tub of pickle slices and grabs them out with her bare hand that she had used to touch appliances. Very unhygienic. My boyfriend saw that there was one bottle in their condiments fridge that would be mayo, which wouldn’t be an issue normally but since they’re serving vegan options, you would need a vegan mayo. Since there was only one seen, it’s assumed that it’s regular mayo as a fast food restaurant isn’t going to prioritize vegan mayo over regular mayo. So that was the first strike with our food, non-vegan mayo on a vegan burger. The second strike was that while there was one single other customer in the restaurant, our order took 30 minutes when it could have been served to us way sooner as unfortunately in that moment, I was extremely hungry. The final strike was that the burger that I ordered as a vegan was not vegan. My mother and boyfriend who are not vegan confirmed for me that the burgers were indeed real chicken before I decided to take a bite out of one. Overall my experience here was very very bad and I will be sure to skip this location if I ever wish to order these foods again.
This is the last time i will eat from this shitt restaurant i order it and i wait for 1 hour and then they give me another order ????
Walked into the store at 12:03ish today stood there until 12:11 waiting for service. Check your cameras, I opened and closed the door to make the buzzer sound again in case someone missed me coming in. Then I saw someone come in from the side door into the kitchen. I tried to get their attention they ignored me and walked down the back and to the right.
