Whoever run this franchise should be band forever. Poor food, poor management,food customer service, always deliver wrong pizza.If you throw any compliant the receiver always makes the line busy and never ever listen any word. What rubbish is this I don’t understand.
I ordered $40.00 worth of pizza and I asked for Pepperoni and bacon. I could not see any pepperoni so I took it back and was told the pepperoni was under the cheese. That's a good way to hide the fact that they gave you 3 slices of pepperoni. I will never order from this location ever again!
Ordered a gluten free pizza, they gave me a non gluten one then told us they don't sell gluten free pizza at pizza hut, hope this place tanks
Absolute terrible service..called to ask if they have pasta on the menu (which they do on the website) and the lady i called at the Burlington new street location was rude and no help at all...said 3 words No No and No . Update your website so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
This place used to be very good, but since the staff has been changed in the last year or two, the quality started going downhill.One of the staff was wearing private clothes with a thick jacket and its hoodie on his head inside the store. He was not even wearing a mask when I walked in, and didn't even bother to wear it the whole time when I was there. He even walked into the kitchen without wearing a mask..The stuffed pizza I ordered seemed somehow not fully cooked. The cheese in the crust was just a long abysmal solid chunk.
This place is horrible Tammy pizza was very cold I called back the lady was blocked me and was very rude … they are very unprofessional it’s disgusting and every time I asked for a manager.. they said he wasn’t there !! They blocked the numbers and told me I was lying my pizza is called . KUSH AND SHWETA WERE VERY RUDE IM GOING TO BE CALLING TOM MORNING BOUT THIS . I didn’t pay 38$ for nothing …
The staff especially manager has no manners and doesn't know how to behave with customers, worst experience ever, won't recommend anyone to go there. Money+time wasted
Their chicken alfredo pasta was too dry and wayy too salty, pizza was decent and the boneless wings had 5 small chicken popcorns with some buffalo sauce literally drizzled on top, not going to that branch again
I just ordered 4 pizzas from Pizza Hut app , new street ,Burlington. I even call them that I want them well done . Beside all this , I got it thick and half cooked which my family don’t like at all . We are so dissatisfied and disappointed. We all decided to dispose it in garbage and we also decided that we will never order again from Pizza Hut specially from new street Pizza Hut. Thank you guys from keeping my family to take some extra calories.
Just walked in to place a take out order and couldn't get service for the life of me. I made eye contact with two employees in the back but they chose to ignore me while a third employee pretended to look for something on some shelves. Tried waving to get their attention but ended up leaving in frustration. Probably for the best after reading some of the pizza reviews lol.
