Would not have bothered to leave a review about the subpar food if the service had not been awful. The person taking our order over the phone misheard us and added an item we didn't even mention. When we came to pick up and questioned the mistake he became very snippy, got passive aggressive with us, and wouldn't even correct the order until another employee stepped in. Overall poor communication and a very frustrating order experience for mediocre food at best.
Been there twice, and you have your regular customer now :)I work nearby and a falafel fan. Have tried almost all the shawarma places in closer proximity, and this one stands best of all. Their falafel tastes so fresh and delicious, and they actually listen to me when i say extra garlic sauce. Most of the other places have cheaped out putting sauces, and most importantly they beat the price too! Thank you Pita Nutso :)
Ordered the chicken shawarma wrap. The portion was great for the price, and the food tasted good. Will come back.

This place is the best. Their food portions are big. They have great deals on combination dinners for families. The flavours are absolutely delicious
I've been to a couple pita nutso's, but this has to be the worst one. First things first the lady started putting on every topping without asking me what I wanted. When I told her I didn't want certain toppings, she gave me attitude, then the man stepped in and said that "that's what you get with the combo". Poor customer service without a doubt. Then my neighbor told me that he had a horrible experience with this pita nutso, So I will be taking my business to zesty pita
Very poor. Twice now, I have been to this place within the span of a year during the pandemic, and both times, I have been given chicken after explicitly stating I wanted lamb or beef. The first time, I think the lady said that they didn't have lamb or beef, though it just sounded like incomprehensible mumbling with a passive-aggressive tone, so I didn't bother asking for clarification; okay, it may have been a one-off incident. Second time, I was given chicken again, although she didn't justify why she had to give me chicken. Also, I could tell she was just as irritable as the first time, so I didn't say anything further. If you don't offer something that's listed on the menu, then why not change the menu? This is just a very unprofessional way of conducting yourself as a business owner.The food itself was pretty terrible as well. Practically everything was drenched in grease (rice, potatoes, and chicken) to the point of becoming nearly inedible. Worse though, is that I had a nasty case of "gastrointestinal symptoms" the following morning, and no, it was no coincidence.Pople are free to choose where they want to eat, but there are plenty of better options in the area that won't leave you feeling like you're about to suffer a heart attack.
Absolutely amazing food. Me and my friends have been to this place over the past 3 years and it's always consistently been great. We have never had a bad experience ordering food from here. The manager that runs it is awesome and puts real care into providing customers the best experience possible.
