Service here is pretty good. The menu is diverse with plenty of pub comfort food favorites and other tasty selections. The portions are reasonable, food very rich tasting and filling, and servers we've had have been great with drink refills. Dined here multiple times and found it to be consistently great, overall. A new favourite spot in Burlington.
My wife & I just came back from a pleasant first time visit for dinner and we both enjoyed our night there. My wife had the Chicken fajita and a glass of wine and I had the seafood linguine and a tall boy. There was plenty of food for our dinner in fact my wife brought half of her's home and I finished mine but left feeling full. Next time I'll try the Lobster Lovers. Staff was very pleasant and dinner price was fair in my opinion of everything else climbing in this crazy time. Glad we stopped,
The food was hot and delicious! When we finally got itWent sat around 2pm, restaurant wasn’t that busy, sat down got drinks and menus it was 15min by the time the waitress came back to take our orderThere were very few people in there at this point and it took an HOUR for our food! We only ordered apps and a wrap! Maybe there was only one cook in the kitchen or something but we were pretty shocked it took THAT long
Amazing staff, service and food!!! My husband and I have been a few times and each time has been amazing - gets better each time! Mary is phenomenal and always such a pleasure! Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere new to try! Amazing prices for drinks and food!!
Showed up without a reservation as 4 adults and 2 kids. Hostess quickly arranged to open up another room to accommodate! Was a Monday, so half price appetizers. We took advantage and ordered Mussels, Calamari, onion rings and coconut shrimp. All above average quality and taste. Best value steaks we had in awhile. Cooked to our liking (medium). Chicken Parmigiana was also excellent! Ticked all the boxes ... taste, quality and service. Will definitely be back.
What a great place. Wide draft variety, many tasty cocktails, huge menu, and everything ordered was delicious. We all ordered off the British fare section. New favorite in Burlington. Way to go Piper's.
This place is um.....going down. Used to love it, friendly waitresses, great specials, good food and beer. Today was not so good. When entering we asked if the Monday 1/2 price app special was on (it being Valentines Day we weren't sure). Happily it was still on. After ordering drinks we picked out 3 apps. After ordering, the waitress informed us that the app special was not on today. "But we asked when we came in"...."well, that hostess must not know". Really?I almost left but down-ordered to 2 apps instead. Of course then it is hard to enjoy your Valentines lunch when you keep mulling over what they did. On top of that they didn't even bring small plates for us to share the apps - just plunked down the two apps in front of us.Needless to say it was a bit messy on the table with no plates. Their problem. Being put-off we didn't even finish our food and drink. Just got the bill....no tip I might add....and left.
Food was okay and atmosphere was decent, went in on valentines day to get a small lunch with my s/o. Server seemed to pay more attention to the bigger groups in her section which is understandable but left us not having a great experience with long wait times. Probably wont be going back unfortunately
Order takeout to celebrate hubbies birthday!! I made the mistake and order the chicken mango salad instead of the Cobb, but was very surprised, it was delish!! Hubby got the stuffed yorkshire, very yummy! Good idea in the build your own for takeout!
HUGE selection! Ordered for takeout and everything was very tasty and well priced. Appetizers and mains were very fresh and great flavour. We will order again!
