So many years ago I used to live in Burlington but never had a chance to eat at this restaurant. My boyfriend and I took a drive along the Lakeshore and decided to grab something to eat.It was lunch hour and Sunday so they place was quite busy.Food so delicious, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Clean and spacious interior and the view of the lake makes this restaurant even more inviting
Had a fabulous Spring brunch today ! Our server Shannon was friendly and gave us excellent service , food & mimosas tasty too !
Tonight was my second adventure to this restaurant. My first experience was a wonderful one. Service was amazing, food was delicious. This time was a bit of a miss unfortunately. Came to celebrate a friends birthday. Server was nice, but did not go above and beyond as the first server had. The food was okay. Steak was very fatty, and my husband barely touched his. Hopefully this was just a one off. We really did enjoy the first experience there, hoping maybe third times the charm?
Great location. Especially I. The summer months with a patio facing the lake. It can get quite loud when it’s busy but it is a nice ambiance. The food is always good and we enjoy the meat particularly
We had an absolutely AWESOME time on our Anniversary. Jess was our server and honestly one of the coolest down to earth people you'll meet, friendly, and extremely helpful; made our experience a delight. The menu was diverse and full of excellent options; the portions are also phenomenal. Best calamari we've had in a longtime and have been back since multiple times just for that. Great patio.and inside ambience, and again Jess was the best.
Very nice atmosphere. A pub vibe but a little more upscale. Service was good. The menu had a very good selection, so everyone could find something to eat.Tried the Kona pizza and was not disappointed, if you like pineapple on pizza, this is an easy choice. Will for sure be back in the future.
After receiving multiple confirmations that they allow dogs in the patio, we booked for Father's Day. Arrived at the restaurant and advised that we have a dog with us, requested for two tables to be nearby and away from other guests as we don't know how other guests felt about dogs near them and waited longer due to our request, we were finally seated. Our orders were taken and water was given to our dog, to be only get kicked out by another staff member, while the manager watched and told us that dogs weren't allowed in the patio. They wanted us to leave our dog on a busy sidewalk where we can't even see him. I'm not sure who would be okay to leave an 8lb dog on a busy sidewalk. If there was a miscommunication, I'm not sure where the miscommunication started since the manager helped seat us and our orders were already taken. Definitely ruined Father's Day and definitely won't continue supporting this business.
Having wanted to try this restaurant after seeing reviews on their Calamari we finally decided to give it a try. The drinks are quite pricey...higher than most places we have visited. We started out with the calamari...and it was a good size serving and was very good. For mains we ordered the fish and chips and the chicken supreme. The fish and chips were a decent size and okay. The chicken supreme was a disappointment. I didn't realize it would be a chicken leg portion and trying to eat this meal was not easy. It was not a meal I would ever order again as I felt like I needed to be able to pick up the chicken to eat it easily and being in a restaurant of this calibre it seemed a little tacky to pick up my food. It was not an enjoyable experience and I just opted to bring most of the meal home. It really wasn't what I expected , even the vegetables were not appealing. It was , overall, a disappointing experience. The coffee all was the most I have ever paid for a " regular " coffee...
I have often driven by this place en route to elsewhere and wanted to stop by. I did so a couple of weeks ago and was not disappointed! A wonderful patio and staff who go above and beyond! We had the calamari and Baja shrimp tacos. The food - the cocktails - the atmosphere.....all were perfect!
Had the Margherita Pizza and honestly, it wasn't worth the money. It really lacked flavour, too much stale sauce, and couldn't find the pesto anywhere. Saving grace was that we sat on the patio when the weather was warm, and it was nice being able to see the water and the walking traffic.
