This is the best osmow’s in town ! All the employees are great especially Maged he’s always had my food prepared fast and fresh. I highly recommend this location the food is delicious, we love the chicken and the beef! 5 star clean service. This location is filthy, I was afraid to touch the debit machine from the filth…. Front door filthy….everything dirty…. How can you feel good about hygienic food prep??Clean your business!! Owner should be embarrassed…. I would be!The chicken shawarma I had was the worst, dry wrap, dry meat loaded from a bowl of pre-cut meat that who knows how old it is, difficult to chew this dry sad excuse for a shawarma!I guess that’s why they hide it with an offering of hot saucesI serious doubt any Toronto raptor eats this like in their commercial
For the love of all that is good and holy, check the dates on your chocolate milks before you put them out for orders in Uber Eats. FOUR TIMES now, we've order chocolate milks as part of orders and either one or both of them are expired! On the latest order (March 31st), one milk was dated April 12th and the other was March 20th (11 days past due)! Like wow!

I used to go here all the time. Haven't gone in a while but I believe the ownership changed.. food wasn't good and portions were poor.. barely full.. I'm super disappointed as that was my favorite Schwarma place in Burlington. I doubt I'll go back.
Ordered chicken shwarma and chicken kabob dinner (platter). Chkn Shwarma was Ordered hot (spice level). Feel very sad to say that this was one of the flavorless Mediterraneans I have had. The hot was not even mild. Shwarma was tough like rubber. Sauces had no flavor and seems like they put less sauce so you can order extra coz they charge extra for sauce.Won't be coming back to Osmows. There are so many other good Mediterranean places here... Pita Lite, watan kabob etcBut I must say the salad was great and fresh. Ordered Greek salad and loved it. No complain on customer service.
