worst shawarma place. There was plastic in my food and the manager argued with me saying he could only give me a replacement even though why would I want replacement of food that could have hurt me. I also got a stomachache from this food because the chicken was rocksolid it was as if it was hard and old and has been sitting around all day and there was barely any cheese on my chicken Shawarma poutine.
This specific Osmows by far is the worst I've been too. Customer service is horrible. The man who was behind the counter must have had a bad day already as he was just staring into space when I asked him a question. After a few failed attempts of communication I got my food and sat too eat. When I sat down and opened my chicken and rice the chicken was dry and under portioned. This mall eatery is not recommended. I'll take my hunger to another place going forward.
Fast and efficient, food was tasty and very satisfying too.

I love osmows food , But here i bought large chicken on the rocks which cost me $14+ and quantity was not right. I used have this item many times from many stores. They had enough chicken but not rice.
This was by far the worst shawarma place I have been too. The food is extremely salty, there is no garlic taste with the garlic sauce, chicken seems old, and hot sauce is bland. Never again. I would definetly request a refund or something but I had no choice rushing for a lunch break to eat it. Terrible experience and would not recommend.

Oh! No taste in Shawarma and worst customer service. I hate this place but keep going back since no Halal options in the mall for me. Would never recommend if you have other options to eat. The guy never asks me what I want in my salad, and makes me uncomfortable when I ask for my choices. Other osmows places have good service and taste for sure. Don’t recommend this particular location
Poor customer service but not worst than the food itself. Extra, extra, extra garbage spicy, even when mild was asked for. Dry food, not enough white gravy. One of the meals was for a person that really loves hot/ spicy food but was unbearable. Three complete meals throwed to the garbage. I have had food from several other Osmow's places and I never had an issue. Will not repeat.
