Wonderful as always. Well worth the price. Haven't been here in a few years because of Covid-19. They don't have any crab entrees, which my wife was looking forward to. I understand that the quality in the supply chain is unacceptable, so for the time being crab is off the menu. I hope they bring it back in the future. Make sure to call ahead for a reservation.
Caesar salad was very good. Large enough to share. Our waiter from the beginning was rude. He did not introduced himself he did not ask if we were celebrating a special occasion. We were it was my mother-in-law‘s 81st birthday. He asked his other tables the question. The two page paper menu staple together was a little hard for my mother-in-law to read so I was reading the menu to her. He asked if we were ready to order and I motion for my husband to start and he completely ignored him and said I will start with you miss. When my mother-in-law started to order he told her that that was a lot of food. Somehow our appetizers got mixed up and it appeared it was our fault when I hear him in the kitchen say they took her salad. Of course I could hear the kitchen conversation because that’s where we were seated. Dinner arrived and it was good. When I asked for my plate to be removed I was told that the table gets cleared all at once. My husband and I have been married for 30 years I always finish my meal before him and he never has a problem when I ask for my plate to be removed. I would have thought that he could’ve carried out a customer request. On a final note being so close to the kitchen every time the door opened I would notice the very dirty vent on the wall. No I will not be returning to Napoleon‘s.
3 1/2 ? this is a nice little steak house in Burlington, the ambience is excellent, the ceasar salad was delicious, the French onion soup was alittle bland, and the steaks were ok, nothing overly special.
Had the salmon for dinner it is so good also a ceaser salad the portions are so big had to take some homerecommend to a bice quit place to go.
Memories of the old classic steakhouses. Excellent service and food. The garlic bread is amazing. Portion sizes are very large so I would suggest that you come hungry.
Tonight was our first time at Napoleon's and we found our new favourite place!! I can't rave enough how every bite is absolutely delicious. The complimentary loaf is to die for....perfection!Steak & Shrimp, Filet Mignon & Lobster, Cesar salad, and calamari... course after course did not disappoint. Very generous serving sizes of all dishes ordered. Compliments to the Chef and the waiters we professional and delightful.Worth every penny! We will be back!
Absolutely phenomenal. I cannot recommend this gem enough. After another high end restaurant in Burlington ruined my last Valentines Day dinner with my SO before we become a party of 3, we decided to have a do-over at Napoleon's. Everything was phenomenal, from start to finish. The portions, quality, price, and flavour were all amazing. We had plenty for left overs. There was a hiccup in the kitchen, and they remedied it before it was even an issue, with gracious apologies and solutions already in the works. They even gave us a free dessert (a delicious slice of cheesecake) to make up for our Valentines Day fiasco - which certainly was not their fault in any way shape or form. But boy did they ever make up for it. Napoleons will be our go-to for special occasions from now on, and I highly recommend it be yours as well! You will not be disappointed.
Napoleon’s is my favourite restaurant in Burlington . Always fabulous food ,professional service . All the food is served to each guest hot and at the same time . I have many great memories over the years . This restaurant is highly rated and for good reason !
It's been a couple years since we have had the opportunity to dine at Napoleon's but it was just as good as we remembered. Portion sizes were abundant with extra to take home. Service by wait staff was exemplary.They now have a 2 hour sitting/dining limit, however the meal never felt rushed with adequate time between courses. Will be back.
Exceptional service and food was delicious. Good portions for fine dining.
