Me and my boyfriend have been to this location frequently during the pandemic. We enjoyed the subs and the protocol they had for covid. We usually would stop in for dinner after my plasmapheresis treatments on our way home from the hospital as a reward. This has been our routine for the last two years. Yesterday I was actually brought to tears when we stopped in for my "reward" dinner, when I noticed that none of the staff were wearing masks. I know mandates are no longer in place but I was still taken back especially that most larger franchises are still implementing masks! I guess the vulnerable and immunocompromised are not valued customers, sadly we won't be returning!
Love this Mr Sub. Always clean, great staff and fresh ingredients.
This particular Mr. Sub is my favourite location to get my subs from. I have been going for years and have always had great service and awesome subs.
I ordered through Skip the Dishes three different times and every time this Mr Sub location has gotten it wrong. I decided to call the store to let them know and although they apologized, they offered nothing to do to correct it. The double stacked smoked meat was horrible. There was three pieces of meat. What would the regular would be?? One piece of meat. I paid a lot of money and have been disappointed each time. I had heard that they are very cranky and the customer service was bad but I wanted to give them a chance. I’ll be ordering elsewhere.

Amazing customer service I go to this MR sub location probably 2 times a week I love it all the employees are fantastic and they have a fantastic business owner, they are always tidy hard workers and they make great subs. I would always recommend this location. Thank you cheers

The management or owner has to stop skimping on super subs . Count your cold cuts people. If you pay for double the meat you should get double the meat . I don’t blame the young taller blonde girl working there but (3) times in a row now she puts (7) slices of cold cuts on a super assorted sub . There’s (3) different cold cuts on a super sub . On a regular assorted you get (4) slices of (3) different cold cuts . On a super assorted you get double the meat . Everyone here can do the math . It’s obviously not a simple mistake because it’s been done to me (3) different times . Get what you pay for people ! I know I sound cheap but this has been taught to this young employee. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS !!!
