This Mr. Sub should be the example of how all Mr. Subs need to be run. The sandwiches are made exactly to order almost every time and all ingredients are very fresh. Recommended for sure.
Lady was working hard and doing a good job by herself, however some help is needed as a lineup of people waiting while every table surfaced with food particles is not good.
Everything I come the food is fresh and delicious, it's never soggy! The service is always great as well, and the workers are very kind.
Hands down the best Mr. Sub in the whole franchise. The real sandwich artists. Every single sub I get from this Mr. Sub is made with love and not just thrown together. Honestly top quality customer service. I highly recommend this establishment, you will not not be disappointed.
We were late in the day and the bread we ordered was still super fresh! I haven't been to Mr Sub in a few years but I would say I thoroughly enjoyed my sub at this time I got the cold cut with double meat and it was actually delicious... The one person they had on taking care of our order was very nice even though she was overwhelmed by a bunch of orders that just came through... I didn't know they had crispy onions to go on top before today but it I can say it was a nice added touch to the sandwich

Not enough staff. 1 hour wait to get a sub
From the time I walked in the lady was very friendly. Had some questions about a new sub.she was very knowledgeable and helped advised.about it. Gave me a few options on how I can have it either on wrap or bread. It's not often when you ask about spice level you have someone telling you the number scale which its rated. She said scence it came out was her personal favorite. I would go back here just for customer service and care that they put into making it.
My family has been coming to the Plains Rd., Mr. sub for many, many years. The best meatball subs in the franchise, hands down!!! The staff is welcoming and cheerful and the store is always clean. The bread never disappoints and the toppings have always been fresh! And don’t forget the brownies, ohhh yeah!
