THIS MONTFORT’s IS THE BEST IN BURLINGTON!My wife and I ordered takeout and made the mistake of doing it through Uber eats. The Uber driver only picked up half the order and said that it was my problem when I contacted him.I called the restaurant and they confirmed that the driver had dropped the ball and left before the order was completely ready.One of the employees went ABOVE AND BEYOND and drove the remaining part of our order on her own dime. I wish I had gotten her name but unfortunately I didn’t. We can only hope her boss sees this and figures out who it is and takes really good care of this employee as she is the best.Both my wife will be sharing this restaurant with all of our friends and clients. More importantly we will be return customers for sure.Thanks again Montfort Appleby.

Absolutely terrible service. I love the food but the man absolutely butchered my order and when I called him he hung up me twice. All the food I got was wrong and they told me too bad he’s busy. That will be the last time I ever order from this restaurant again.
Just came in here at 9:30. It shows there open at until 11pm. They didn’t let us eat. Cause there about to close ???? It was 4 of us ? The miss out on $100.
Second time trying this place but was very disappointed. When you walk in, you would immediately realize that this place doesn’t have the warmest customer service. Owner looked very serious and gave off a vibe where you almost feel like you are an intruder rather than a customer. Food was good but definitely overpriced compared to Zesty Pita or Pita Nutso for the quality. It is understandable given this is an established restaurant with higher costs so I didn’t care as much about the price. Beyond the unwelcoming customer service and the overpriced food, what was most frustrating was the packaging of the food. The cook wraps the pita in an aluminum foil then carelessly toss it to the counter. It was then placed in a paper bag and handed to me. Not only 2 minutes later, oil started dripping through the foil and the bag, onto my pants and the leathered car seat. This was unexpected and extremely inconvenient. I rarely leave bad reviews or reviews in general, but I think this incident deserves some attention because it was truly upsetting.
This place used to be good. Fast forward now after the pandemic started. As everyone does they have the excuse to bump up the prices almost to 150% but it is also at the expense of their quality. I tried it a few time to give them a fair chance to serve something good butor has been consistently bad!Dry meat, vegetables and something is obviously missing. Please try elsewhere!
Doesn’t even deserve one star. Me and my friends came here last week. worst customer service!!!. We tried to joke around with him, he got really offended was very rude about it. We were just tryna make him laugh because he looked very stressed. Took over an hour for a food & took 30 minutes to take our order. Wasn’t even worth the price. Zesty pita is so much better. I will never be coming back here, and I will be telling all friends to not go to this location. Please fix your attitude, & hope they learn how to treat customers with respect. Also cook wasn’t even wearing mask.
Very disappointing. Pictures shows pita with lettuce, tomatoes and chicken. But all we got was a pita and full of chicken. Normal shawarma places have toppings but not this one. Will not order from this place again. For all shawarma lovers, Pita Lite is the best place to date, wish they had a Burlington location
I'm in there once or twice a month for the montfort chicken.ive never had a problem. Friendly service and a consistent taste of the food.great place.if you want the service to be quicker go to a drive thru.good food takes time.
