So my mom had placed a takeout order for my grandparents birthday, however a communication issue prevented the order from being made. At first I was a little disappointed having to reorder everything and wait, but the manager Ariel was able to compensate for the delay and inconvenience for the error. The staff handled the issue very well and the food was amazing when we finally got to eat. Would recommend going here due to the friendly staff and great food.
This location is really poor when it comes to the quality of the food. I find the quantity of my dish was half of what I get from other Milestones.On top of that my food came out cold. I was told it would be “re-made” but I got the same plate back and it was warm. They stuck it in the microwave for 15 seconds lol.Will avoid this location in the future
If I could give 10 stars I would. Chadd our server was absolutely amazing! Was kind, friendly knowledgeable about drinks and menu. Was celebrating Mother’s Day today with my mom and told them that we would be sharing everything. They brought all the entrees on separate plates with the same presentation the normal one would have. I have never felt more catered to in my life. Great prices, great menu, and great staff.
I normally dont get chance to give ratings but felt the need to do so. We were blown away with the amazing service we got. The whole experience from front desk to leaving the restaurant was superb. Sabatian is Amazing at hosting and made sure every thing was top notch. Also the whole staff was so welcoming and caring and kept asking if we needed anything. Food was amazing! We will definitely be coming back soon. Keep up the great teamwork. We really appreciate the effort. It made our Day!
Amazing ambiance, and service! Ashley was our server and she has a great demeanor about her! Very professional and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends.
I ordered on uber eats and ALL of the rice at the bottom of my sweet chili chicken bowl was UNCOOKED. It was actually like, crunchy. Huge waste of money. Should've gotten some wine to wash the crunchy swill down.
Will be coming back, yes for the food BUT THE STAFF <3Overly friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered our servers name, she was hilarious and knew everything about the menu. Everyone working there seemed genuinely stoked to be there; made the atmosphere really welcoming.
I've been here a few times with my Husband-- Always a positive experience! The Ravioli is always my favourite (Husband's is always Steak)-- but we celebrated our Anniversary today and tried some new dishes. The Duck Confit Pasta was creamy, the Prime Rib was tender. Both delicious, and good portion sizes.Our waitress/food runners were incredibly nice, and we'll continue to see this place as one of our favourite "Date Night" places.Thank you for the wonderful experience, and divine dinner ❤
Wouldn’t accept a gift card that clearly says “Milestones” on it.I don’t care that you’ve been very recently bought out by another company (which I was told after the bill came). You should be honouring the gift card that was already paid for.
Our server Hannah was friendly and helpful. The brunch menu had some great options and nice drinks.
